Zen mode
if we attempt to shift into silence
does it not signal a movement
from turbidity to tranquility
implying aversion to noise
wherein we feel not whole
and so seek to reconnect
with essence of presence
in a continuum of stillness
that we rest in heart’s abode
reuniting with truth of our being
