Tumultuously Poems

Premium MemberA Story you never hear in Sunday School

Rebecca was three years old when Isaac took her for a wife
Nineteen years later, no children, but still pro-life

Finally pregnant, Rebecca’s joy was short-lived, with twins inside
tossing and turning tumultuously in the embryo of Isaac’s bride

Rachel heard of this and learned her lesson
Meeting Jacob at age five, her brother Laban said: ‘No messin’

Seven years (and one week) later, they finally got hitched
Thoughts of kids at five, ‘unceremoniously’ ditched

Infinitely Bound

Water rushed and flowed with tremendous energy as she
used her insight and understanding to carve waterways
where none had formerly been. At times Water needed
more strength and power, while other times Water
needed to be still and silent.

Air, with his fierce winds would move and assist Water
helping her o create tides and crashing waves.
Air’s curious nature kept him intrigued wanting more
Water. Water spoke to Air expressing her desire and
longing for Air, as Air spoke to Water he found his
breath.

Water became still and Air became the breeze.
At times Air moved quickly and violently while Water
raged tumultuously; other times both rested and were
still. During these times Water and Air realized
they created and carved a newness of life from both the
raging tumult and fierce winds.

Water and Air understood there was no stillness and
peace without the raging tumult and fierce winds.
In the chaos and stillness Water and Air became one,
and Water began to carry Air as Air began to carry
Water and together Water and Air were infinitely bound
one to the other.

Heroes

I looked for the hero in the story
it appeared, there might be none.
All the rhetoric of history in its glory
slipped to dark shadows, tumultuously spun.

I read the introduction ushering steps that entwined
of a mystery still hidden somewhere in the misidentified.
On the pages, lines drew me in the narrative benign
until the marked crescendo of the expose' was denied.

The hero had no purpose in this writer's mind
villains, vampires, gluttonous politicians, shepherds all died.
The tombs remain unmarked, with history's ill recorded find
provoking little courage as each embrace the lie.

They held their breath, still the mind and beating heart,
cleanse every question and every thought conjured,
then quietly accept without the courage to start,
fact and truth, deception, outsmarted and squandered.

In the shadows where light fades around the corners
slow and precise, the hero steps slow, then unseen walks away
though the story reached its climax in tears and wails of mourners
heroes, completed tasks, allows the braggart to have his final say.

Felon Feast Fall

*Felon Feast Fall*

will be done
zeal tumultuously torn
felon tiers' turn
vile voluptuous verge
cuss be curse
pruning pulsing purse

faith be bait
fate, tactic trait
twain tracking trail

callous crest chittering
luminescent lust leering
spent passion puking

gollible groups growl
felon feast fall.

Life Is Not Bad Enough

Sometimes I feel this is useless to prolong the living
In another time in another place the feeling is quite the opposite
And I go possessed with the idea that I must see the end of this uselessness ;

Frequently I go angry with all the people around me
For being a pathological liar or being a diabolical hypocrite or a just cheater
Yet I take pity on them for being so helpless in front of truth;

The truth of life helps me to think a bit deeper
And all my bitterness goes in a swipe when I see the frivolity of life
From depth I rise  thinking if I create something that would not be bad enough ;

No sooner I get the creative mind from the crowd I find someone to say
If I would talk to her, if I would make her my friend
Life is very puzzling so it is very beautiful, we together must stir it and explore;

Sitting on a bank of a river I saw streams to gyrate vigorously
Here I see friendship and love are more perplex and tumultuously demanding
Yet the taste of love is not bad enough to get it once in one’s entire life.

Poet and Writer

Paper and pencil lie at the forefront
Only to be used to bring words alive
Everlasting words that make others think
Tumultuously waiting for the thoughts to arrive

Anticipating the next level of consciousness
Narcotics never could bring about this rush
Dared to have when the pencil and paper touch

Willing to lie and contemplate the world
Right where I am and where I could be
Intrigued by the expression of what I say
Tasting the thrill of speaking from me
Egocentrically presenting my ideas
Righteously succumbing others to my word
