I hate that I let people waste my time.
They'll clutter my head with busy chatter
and I let them unload their garbage.
They walk away without a clue
that they have defecated on my peace.
I keep thinking they'll get wise to it
but they never do and still I say nothing
but maybe just maybe today's the day...

Back to black coffee
back to ryo cigarettes
back to the grindstone
the wheel
the rat race
to nowhere
back to it
back on track
back to basics
the spinning wheels
the hampster cage
the invisible prison
back on the regimine
back to the doctor
back in the gym
the vitamins
the cardio
the end

There’s Nothing To It
I found a piece of nothing in my back yard yesterday.
I’d planned to mow the lawn so tried to move the piece away.
I thought to get behind it, backing off and sneaking round.
But it sensed my every movement and steadfastly held its ground.
Nothing made me angry. Nothing made me swear.
Nothing made me quite so mad as seeing nothing there.
Finally I called my wife. “I need your help.” I said.
There’s nothing on the lawn and Darl, it’s doing in my head.”
She said “I’m seeing nothing. You’ll have to show me where.”
Despairingly I turned and shouted “Look there’s ‘Nothing’ there.”
“Exactly!” spoke my wife “And so it seems we both agree.
and now if you don’t hurry you’ll get nothing for your tea.”
I put away the mower and locked the toolshed door.
“Aah well!” I thought, “At my age nothing matters any more.”
I went inside, switched on the box, still feeling all at sea.
My wife called out “Good luck darl, you’ll find nothing on TV.

If your feeling up to it
and don't mind taking center stage
If you feelings up to it
and wanna act like we're
Engaged
If your feeling up to it
and you put me first
I'll be the man
You need
The one you want
If you put me first
Take some time to consider
Ramble through what's
Going on
There's problems elsewhere
What you had thought has
Cone and gone
If you put me first
I can love all
..if your feeling up to it
Inspire of what's going on
Say your right
When you know you're wrong
If you're feeling up to it
Then I can say
Let me love you
Love
The foolishness away
I'll be here waiting
I want to hear you say
Ain't nobody but you
Love me through
All that's going on
Baby it's our song
If you put me first
If I am your
Number one
If you put me first.inspite
Of all that's going wrong
I'll love the night away
Baby just to hear you say
I am the one
The only one
If you put me first

Always been blessed with “stick-to-it-ness”
Got it from my dear old dad
He once rode a bike three hundred sixty miles
Took four days each way, egad!
At any age, that's quite an accomplishment
But my dad was sixty years old
From Montreal to Toronto and back again
A feat so gruelling, so bold
A wee one of ten back in nineteen forty-six
Didn't hit me till many years later
The impact of his enormous accomplishment
It then seemed a whole lot greater
Been telling this proud tale wherever I go
Bout inheriting his “stick-to-it-ness”
Don't think I can even come close to matching
The resolve and dedication he possessed

alright, we are caged
wishing to be free
in joy eternal
unfettered, unbound
in the here and now
what may we do
first, let’s awake
watching our thoughts
in quietude
deep silence
engulfs us
at our core
love glows
within
heart

“Dreams within dreams, what is real
Feel oh hermit, innate bliss appeal”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This
Here now
As it is
So intimate
Negate not this mind body, oh hermit
Yet we are not only the mind body
We are unbound
Luminous
Vibrant
Bliss
My sense of humor was laying under the French toast
Looking forlorn and angry
I dared not speak to it.
It is less of a morning person than I am.
I did not acknowledge that I had seen it
or even find it at all….
Until we both had three cups of coffee
and a bucket of warm sweet syrup on that French toast.
Most people will assume a girl can cook,
but men can make great chefs, while there are girls
who never at a cookbook took a look!
And some won’t wear a dress or fancy pearls.
We look at men and think ones super tall
are good at basketball. It might not be!
A girl is small. She can’t play sports at all?
Some girls love math! Some guys love poetry!
Old ways of thinking sometimes can be wrong.
We can’t assume a thing. Some girls today
are showing in the sport they love they’re strong!
HE wants to be a nurse; that makes him gay??
If you are good at it and love it too,
you’re equal to it, and it’s right for YOU.
Indulgence seldom seems a disease,
Cravings and fear to lose always is.
A monk need notso rid
Save cleavings, good old greed,
Enjoy all blessings as heaven’s bliss.
Once Osho was asked about his fleet of Rolls Royce sedans he possessed. Why would a spiritual being like him need such material luxuries? He posed: if you have an expensive car such as this and someone carelessly damaged it. How would you feel? The response was: One would feel upset and agitated.
Osho: Therein dwells the difference. Even if I were to wake up tomorrow to find that the entire fleet is missing, it would not matter one bit to me. Indulgence is no disease, attachment is.
IF HE BRINGS YOU TO IT HE WILL BRING YOU THROUGH IT
I can’t believe it;
I am so unworthy;
I can’t see it is it my duty;
But I feel this;
I believe and I receive it;
I have struggled I have went through;
And I didn’t know how it happens;
But I’ve gone on to;
But I know it is true;
Giving all glory to God;
And you may think it’s odd;
But my Lord Jesus, my God;
Has brought me thorough;
If He brings you to it,
He will bring you through it;
He won’t leave you abandon;
I have longed and desired
To have a relationship with the Father
I have prayed and resided prayers and praise
If He brings you to it,
He will bring you through it
But who am I and why should He bother
I AM His child and He is my Father
But I feel this;
I can’t believe it;
I am so unworthy;
But I feel this;
I believe and I receive it;
I have struggled I have went through;
And I didn’t know how it happens;
But I’ve gone on to;
But I know it is true;
Giving all glory to God;
And you may think it’s odd;
But my Lord Jesus, my God;
Has brought me thorough;
If He brings you to it,
R-emember that the Lord God
H-as cursed the wicked world;
E-arly Saturday September ninth,
A-round the ocean, the water whirled.
U-nfurled waves of the sea
M-ove with the violent wind;
A-n earthquake strikes once more,
Y-our questions never end.
A-fter the great disaster, another tragedy happens;
M-isfortune causes man a quite complicated sense.
J-ust think of the changing world,
A-s the sun shines in the sky,
I-t's not a simple situation, there's
M-ore to it than meets the
