Cloudless skies endless,
gardens blooming in colors,
summer solstice warm_
Love a picnic in the shade,
and lazy long forest walks !
Until trees let go,
of their lovely decayed leaves,
to dance, fly and prance_
I love collecting those leaves,
in the autumn's equinox !
Then, comes biting winds,
and lacy snowflakes falling,
winter solstice ice_
Cold walks with fireplaces to warm,
'till spring equinox divine !
may concedes to june
when spring rebirth is complete
the time to mature -
grassy hills turn verdant green
blossoms explode with color
july soon refines
june's promise of fulfillment
expanding its gifts -
fuller and vibrant glory
paints the mature summertime
late august moves in
heading towards surrender
come autumn's flurry -
fading greens and colors hush
on their way to winter sleep
Junco in winter
flies on grass tip, rides on field
to pick fallen seeds,
prefers in taking shelter
roosting on conifer tree.
bold in winter's cold~
cruise in peace with no bruises
yet predict lightning
to warn and heed nature's call
for spiritual rebirth

cold snow clothes the ground
mother nature rules
no human comes here
peace and tranquility reign
I am alone in this land
THE POLITICAL NATURE OF NATURE
Though spring has arrived,
the politics of winter
is still teasing us:-
Yet, while cold winds have their time,
So will warm spring breeze have hers:-
I gazed upon the winter sky,
Expecting snowflakes to gently lie
Upon my palm, a delicate dance.
But Instead, Mount Fuji ash takes it chance.
~Byeol

Explanation: this poem is about human expectations, the opening line "I gazed upon winter sky/ expecting snowflakes to gently lie on my palm" reveal our human expectations and assumptions about how things should unfold.
We humans tend to make assumptions based on past experience and general trends.
When instead of snowflakes Mount Fuji ash fell it symbolises that life is full of suprises and it have unpredictable nature.
longer daylight hours
Mr. Sol warms the chill air
white blanket recedes
temperature quickly drops
new white coat winters last gasp
A STILLED POND
Once a wet playground,
A ducks' and frogs' Disneyland!
Now quiet and stilled:-
Winter is no friend to ponds;
freezing out their livelihoods:-
cold snap
door closes off the warmth
bundled in layers
door opens, Winter coat comes off
the warmth and savior, of church
A bright sunny day...
Naked tree branches glowing...
Ground-snow reflecting...
What a deceiving cold day
Juxtaposed nature canvassed!
in winter cold night,
mediate on fire flame
bless the poet soul
so flaming eternal flame
yet, calming the lover heart
The landscape of snow
Tiny buds, the winter through
Spring, still far away
Winter Jasmine buds yellow,
bended bows on the branches
The dance that returns
in a scented yellow ring
Spring fairies calling
Beauty will ascend the throne
Carved from a single ice cube
I love early morn
highly appreciated
in cool winter time,
hot tea and reading poems,
and looking at that old book
Sun hiding between the clouds
Feeling the breeze hugging on my shoulder
Rubbing our arms together frequently
Under snow, exhaling smoke just like trains
Loving the gust making snowman together.
