Spicy Gordita
Welove Mexican food.
With Tabasco.
What about spicy gorditas?
Show them what you're made of.
Gorditas means corn cakes.
Throw in the enchiladas to bake.
I love cinnamon sopapillas.
Tonight we are having a fiesta.
Tequila with lime.
Can you walk a straight line?
I’m not sure about corn cakes.
Weneed something stronger than paper plates.
What about fish tacos?
After a drink, go down below.
Have a super burrito.
Beans make you toot.
Just have everything spicy.
Have some guacamole on the side.
You could turn into a chimichanga.
With some quesadillas.
What is your taco name?
Mine is spicy corn cakes.

Potato chip, I love you up,
my darling little buttercup.
A cup! A Reese’s chocolate one
with peanut butter. Oh, what fun!
What fun is time with nacho chips;
delightful cheese to tease my lips.
My lips around a hamburger,
with onion rings my heart to stir.
Stir the chili in the pot.
Add Tabasco; cook it hot.
Hot, that snack I love so well,
is buttered popcorn that I smell.
Smell the pasta fantasy-
sauce and parmesan for me.
Me and cheesecake, cherries atop.
Once I start, I cannot stop.
Stop for ice cream; what I wish-
a sundae sitting in a dish.
Dish me up some southern fried
with mashed potatoes on the side.
A side of bacon, crispy fat.
I see nothing wrong in that!
That’s a spicy hot tamale.
Enchiladas make me jolly.
Jolly Christmas; candies sweet,
turkey, ham; so much to eat.
Eat a pizza. It’s the best.
Now I’ve gotta take a rest.

Heat that frying pan with some cooking oil
we are frying eggs no time to boil
Crack them eggs and let them fry
polk the yolk and let the eggs slide
Flip it over so both sides white
salt and pepper to delight
Not to boost like mine on toast
Two slices of American cheese, yes please
Melt it on top of that egg hot, gooey yumminess enough said
Mayo? say no.
Shake on that Tabasco sauce, taste is boss
Top with slice of toast, fried egg sandwich is the most.
A delight with every bite
Taste good when you do it right.

She served toast and jam with chamomile tea,
And placed a tidy white petunia on the table.
She brought grits and gravy with hickory smoked bacon,
Then flipped a western omelet on a bed of crisp hash browns.
She served a steaming stack of buckwheat pancakes,
Dripping with butter and pure maple syrup,
With a slice of country scrapple on the side.
She also brought cherry pie and sticky buns,
Various imported sweet meats, vintage ports,
And seven brands of breath mints meant to please.
Then she flipped a cock-eyed Bloody Mary,
Smeared Tabasco on her lips and winked,
"Now I’m gonna make you taste my cupcakes."
All I did was ask her for a cup of black coffee.
Chorus: He’s got a steady job, but can’t afford her;
His waitress has that borderline disorder.

" They'll trick you wiff day song.

Groove and move
Get outta my face
Til you improve
Swaggle ah little

Pancake Batter Bessie
She makes flapjacks so fine
Avoiding corn syrup
With Tabasco, liver and onions sublime.
We try to stop her
But she is obtrusive and a ghost
Where we make our own batter
We hide it with our toast.
For Bessie will take that batter
And add extra stuff galore.
Peanut butter and sausage
Corn, pickles, oranges and more.
Bessie empties our pantries in the middle of the night
And grills up inventive pancakes that fill every counter in sight.
Our mother has asked her to stay out of her kitchen.
Pancake Batter Bessy’s creative juices can’t for they are always itch’n.

Just one egg left so what should I do
how should I devour you
Eat it raw with Tabasco sauce
chopped in a salad freshly toss
Fry it but how over-easy is fun
sunny side up but don't want it to run
Eggs Benedict with creamy Hollandaise sauce
simple fried egg sandwich would be boss
Egg salad creamy and good
poach it just right like you should
Deviled eggs are a heavenly treat
never can an omelet be beat
Hard or soft boiled just right
scramble with butter fills the appetite
An airy souffle' melts on the tongue
a golden custard pleases everyone
Make a quiche with bacon spinach and cheese
frittatas have everyone shouting, please
Separate the white from the yolk
come on now this ain't no joke
One little egg the possibilities galore
better go to the store and get a dozen more

Toast and eggs
that's all I need.
Dark and over easy
with coffee on the side.
Some OJ would be nice
and tabasco sauce for spice.
Now I'm ready for the day.

Chilled white wine
A glass for the chef
Creole seasonings
A meal in a dish
A Southern delight
Chunks of catfish fillets
Corn and lima beans
Simmering till sublime
Gather around
If spicy stew's what you want
Help yourself
Cayenne pepper
Tabasco sauce
There’s even a bit of wine left

Do you think that I mince my words
like one preparing a pot of soup—
dice it up and roll it in!—
the more floating fragments, the merrier,
no matter the mishmash to the tongue?
And how attractive to the eye
a carrot sliced to bright orange shreds,
seasoned with a dash of
ketchup or Tabasco
as long as it’s red.
A finely chopped onion
can make your eyes tear,
but do you really cry?
And with too many scents
in the cauldron
the nose knows not
which way to savor,
so may not even try.
I crave something simple,
connected
whole
like grapes before they
desiccate—
they hang so ready
from the vine.
They must be chosen, held, adored
before they’re stomped
and pressed
and stored,
preferred by palettes greater
in a later sip of time.

Evasion, the dagger's sharpened strong point
Slowly has pricked love's joy until now gone
Tedious the effort to time appoint
Verbiage to one who speaks from heart of stone
Fluffy moisture laden clouds float across
the blue sky, gentle breeze stirs heart's desire
Thus love's awakening to you like dross
Intimacy through deep channels expire
Can love's embers be rekindled to flaming
hot Tabasco Sauce, open up cold heart
Let in spring's whispers of love not blaming
Uncork the closed mind to thoughts uncharted
Let not evasion of thoughts and needs trap
Reach forth and receive all from love's tap
Finis'.......

Tabasco is the sauce I’d rather use
have a Tabasco burger with mayo
or with Buffalo wings with any booze
that’s a big plus when you’re at a disco
it adds a zest to any food all day
Tabasco to me much more than hot sauce
it gives real flavor eating isn’t play
those other hot sauces give them a toss
I loved it ever since I was a boy
my dad called it hot sauce it’s Tabasco
those other sauces are just a decoy
for there will always be one Tabasco
Tabasco now has many new flavors
originals always my life savers
