“Sometimes dreams allow you to drift through unfathomable realms of Bliss” ~ by Poet

Across the golden gossamer clouds, I drift
Through valleys of void, in a chimeric dream,
Where stardusts of peace waltz with steps so swift -
I see diamond doves soar above a stellar stream

Through valleys of void, in a chimeric dream,
When time stops his rhythm in an oblivious bliss,
I see diamond doves soar above a stellar stream -
Graceful faces, I glimpse, of those I dearly miss

When time stops his rhythm in an oblivious bliss,
Amidst a flurry of feathers in rainbow hues,
Graceful faces, I glimpse, of those I dearly miss
And sweet heavenly fragrances seem to diffuse

Amidst a flurry of feathers in rainbow hues
Where stardusts of peace waltz with steps so swift
And sweet heavenly fragrances seem to diffuse,
Across the golden gossamer clouds, I drift

Goodbye Spaceboy - For David Bowie

you went supernova
with oddly
an oddity about space
that tied in with the moon landing
and your course was set.

you questioned the existence
of life on Mars
created a persona, and wife
the Stardusts
sung of the prettiest one.

loved the alien
illogically were afraid of Americans
got high
got low
crashed the same car many times.

ultimately not the chaos
but the cancer
the chameleon called
the changeling claimed
blessed, then cursed.

swung with the best of them-
spun songs too
Starman, sadness overwhelms
we knew you
and every outrageous costume change.

I saw a blackstar in the sky tonight
and knew
it was true
goodbye spaceboy
ashes to ashes
funk to funky
dust to stardust.

Premium MemberDemise of Duality

In the lone island of life so much I like to be
saturated with the still shadow of serenity,
sense at the silent depth of soul a new me.
Out of recluse, I comprehend it’s my reality,
by sane insight the demise of duality I see.

As full moon moves slow across my sole sky,
dense night’s opaque darkness stardusts dilute,
I drink to dregs as the sands of time slide me by.
Mind gets drenched in delight passions elute,
on the mesmeric tapestry of rapt rapture I lie.

In lone island of life I like to be
soaked in cool shower of serenity,
find at the still depth of soul a new me.
Out of recluse it’s my reality,
in sane insight I lose duality.

As full moon moves slow across my sole sky,
dense night’s opaque stillness stardusts dilute,
I drink eyeful while time passes me by.
Mind gets drenched in delight passions elute,
in charmed trance of rapture I become mute.

Premium MemberThe Desire of a Pine Tree

The contours cascading from the higher Himalayan slope
hold me, the upstanding cone of jade, a coniferous pine,
gilded in gold soaked from the swathe of glistened snow,
turning to mirror of flakes, flushed by dawn’s yellow sun.

A coat of cinnabar I get as the crimson clouds pass me by
across the gleam of twilight sky to the chromatic horizon.
As the northern winds graze over the frozen topography
my mind quivers on the tip of needles in the winter chill.

As the shroud of silence falls with the drizzle of still night
the cerulean stardusts sprinkle shine on my silken visage,
shimmering with my ardent dream to pierce the thin air,
soar up high in the satin sky and touch the twinkling stars.

The reverie comes true somewhere else, some other time
when to a far-off place in the midst of festival of joy I go
to be charming Christmas tree crowned by sapphire stars,
my desire to be among stars is fulfilled in Christmas night.

Premium MemberBliss At the Journey's End

A sand grain of quartz sprawls on desert dune,
listens to the scorching whistle of the arid wind,
sliding down the steep slope waltzes to its tune.
Face burnished, it doesn’t mind the falling grind.

It reposes in new found niche of subtle solitude,
sees the fiery sun rise, burn the parched heart.
Its static crystalline soul still survives for it should,
it waits for the shower of cool stardusts to start.

The mystique beams of the flimsy maroon moon
drench it with silent shower of nocturnal ecstasy.
It forgets the glow of mesmeric night will end soon,
ascending flare of the desert sun it will again see.

With the surge of fury the summer storm blows,
the sand grain soars to dust-charged cloud of ink,
to the sapphire fold of the enthralling oasis it goes,
where in the azure of lacustrine serenity it sinks.

At the journey’s end bliss suffuses the stony core,
the blaze of the desert sun can’t burn it any more.

MUTE IN TRANCE OF RAPTURE

In the island of life I like to be
soaked in drizzle of cool serenity,
find at the still depth within a new me.
Out of recluse it’s my reality,
in lone insight I lose duality.

As full moon moves slow across my sole sky
dense night’s joyous stillness stardusts dilute,
I drink eyeful while time passes me by.
Mind gets drenched in delight passions elute,
in charmed trance of rapture I become mute.

Waiting For Tomorrow

The day so long is today
The day so short was yesterday

Today is holiday
Yesterday was also holiday

Life never depends on yesterday
Always independent from today

Past are just stardusts
Present is golden

And we are here to prove ourselves
The flower of a garden

Future is harmoney
Not for money

Present displays
Character of icony

Past is buried today
Future is planted yesterday
But present is just going on

Modern world is cry for yesterday
Always destroyed wants to learn

Nature wanting everything to say
Unable to say as it was yesterday

Searching life now a day
As it was lost before today

Hidden in the words of song
Together can say wants of young

Theme of life can change its shine
Past can never be its divine

Past is becoming an evil of man
Try to evade being brave and strong

Don't waste today thinking of yesterday
Don't waste tomorrow expecting for holiday

Live in your present
Make it relevant

Life will be secured
Tension will be recurred

The day you will work
Will answer you one day

Its the only day
You have been waited

Holiday, Holiday & Holiday

Dust

The greatest comedy of all
Was at her funeral-
MmaUneghe.
The old woman lived for a long, long time
In isolation
And kicked the bucket of abandonment.

They called her "witch."
She was old, unkempt, haggard and shagged
So they called her "witch."

At her funeral,
Came all sorts of guests
Invitees and dignitaries.
The real tragedy was in the
Pomp and galore in which
Mma Uneghe's passing was celebrated.

The burial was well celebrated.
A quarter of the expense
Would have given the poor woman
A happy life,
If you know what I mean.

She then transited
From dust to dust
As the pulpits often say.

She became many, many millions
Of tiny particles of dust to float.
Floating all over earth
And beyond.
Laughing at them as she did
Mocking them as they mourned.

She reached far to the stars
And back as stardusts
To settle on their birthday cakes.
All who abandoned her at old age.

Premium MemberFarewell To Love

……..
---------------//------

black winds bite
     empty endings spill
           in sewers,
               old vows wilt
                        dissolving life's tenderness ` ` `
                             hearts sliced in rough stone

          rainfall parts breaths
             ravens wearing dying cloaks ` ` `
                        pale stardusts, farewell

Heavenly Bodies

Remember,
when we
  looked at gibberish
  in the sky?

you thought,
  they were diamond-strung
  pearls, or stardusts.

inch by
  inch, they moved closer.
  nature was in retrograde.

my heart,
  it spoke of light years,
  and comets, and Venus' glimmer.

your hair, it ended where my heartbeat began.
  we were looking at gibberish
  in the sky,
  when you and I
  became our very own stars.
