We arrived early at the Fairmile
We’re welcomed by Jason’s warm smile
He made a pot of tea
For my hubby and me
I’m happy we’re staying a while!
Our bedroom was spotlessly clean
And as for the breakfast cuisine
The huge choice was amazing
(Overnight oats I’m praising)
We feasted like a King and Queen!
The pre–order system is great
It ensured the food on our plate
Was ready on time
And it tasted divine
One downside I’ve put on some weight!!!!
For treats you need not travel far
The lounge has an honesty bar
Drinks and tasty snacks
Like yummy flapjacks
This guesthouse should rank a four star!
Hosts Jason and wife Melanie
In tandem, they work seamlessly
I can truly attest
They look after each guest
Shame Fairmile’s not closer to me!
There’s plenty more that I could say
But sadly I’ve not got all day
If it’s in your plans
To visit St Anne’s
The Fairmile’s the best place to stay!

Forget everything you have heard about stereotyping the pigs.
I met some the other day, who were cleaner than my cousin Jigs.
They vacuumed and dusted the barnyard until it was clean enough to eat.
Then they cleaned out the barn, until it was ridiculously spotlessly neat.
Forget about mud, someone said when they met these pigs.
They are now doing some weird dance, wearing clean glitzy wigs.
Their hooves do not have mud, not even a tiny bit of dirt.
Do not stereotype these pigs, said my amazed cousin Gert.

If
I did not
please You
with the Food I
dutifully prepared
/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
Or the clothes I chose to wear.
If my love was not enough for you
If you didn’t see my aura it wasn’t clear
If the wine, I served wasn’t of full bouquet.
If I did not boost your ego to make you feel more
If the songs I sang were not pleasing to your ears
If I did not keep the house spotlessly clean and tidy
If I did not keep our animals clean and well-kept always
If I did not give you my entire wealth to spend as you wished
Then my love, you can move your own bloody mountains, my love.

When the full moon's light starts to fade.
The sun also gives life to all of the glades.
Natural World views life as a charade.
The bloom time of spring is underway.
Azalea flowers come in a vibrant pink display.
Plants spread spotlessly under the sunray.
Even lethal flora such as Jimson weed.
Grow for a reason and not only to impede.
Mother Nature's sages continue to exceed
Fruit or grain harvesting is the same.
All life can be sustained with her aim.
Mother Nature gave both rain and flame
Farm owners raise crops such as agave.
They are ready to make juice and stave.
And through the glass pane, humans crave.
Seeds are sown on fertile ground.
Flood plains are ideal for crops abound.
Replace or repair any plant that looks unsound.
We want for future devoid of man pollution.
In the past, all had been in desperation.
Be aware of Mother Nature's frustration.

What if the whole street blithely celebrates
What if the neighbours quaintly decorate
What if the well wishers advocate
" Oh ho! Life has to move on, Forget!"
It's we, agonizing over the happy days gone
Pondering on the deeds you gleefully did in
the festive seasons, the dress you donned
Our bountiful Pongal pot you spotlessly adorned
Don't you fathom it's immensely tough for us
To celebrate any festival with same zest?
On our exaltation graph, after your demise, no crests
Bracing smiling mask, they see tearful face lest
So, Appa, what if the whole street celebrates!
Can't you see our minds still exacerbate!

A dowager lady of means,
Kept everything spotlessly clean.
She was up at cock's crow,
To cook, clean and sew.
Even her floors had a sheen.
Her neighbor, a fine country squire,
Said, "Maam, do you ever tire?"
She said, "Not a bit,
For I'm perfectly fit.
But you Sir could come light my fire."

Matt is a freakishly neat male
His kitchen is spotlessly clean
Almost made his date Dot want to bail
Clutter free to her is utterly obscene.
To live here would feel like jail.
Matt felt it was amazingly keen.
His minimalism felt rather stale.
Dot simply despised Matt’s neat-nick scene.
Her home is loaded with piles of junk mail,
She is a hoarder from way back, a keep-everything-queen.
Dot drags anything home she finds loose or on sale.
Figures her life is not what Matt would glean.
She thinks it is best probably to bail.
If he saw her home, he might be mean.
Various piles of debris, hearty and hale.
She keeps to herself, to most unseen.
Matt keeps his austere life without fail.
Dot continues to live like a wild free teen.
Neither realizing their union would have been hearty and hale
Both living alone the rest of their life, their lives both green.

This world lives in degrees of time
controlling our every little space
we've clocks and watches nearby
it's something we have to chase
But when this world reaches its end
and time will be no more
we'll enter into a timeless eternity
there we'll enter a unknown door
How will we live without time?
no clock to watch or see
there being no day or night
no tick tock at all will be
Who knows what it'll be like
one can't imagine the scene
living not in this world at all
hoping for a place spotlessly clean
But God is in control of it all
trusting in Him will be our salvation
our Lord the king knows our future
keeps us in His plan of redemption

These days I am the village hero indeed
Water immaculately fetched in a flash
As if by a magic spell, I do.
The house is spotlessly clean
All thanks to my devoted hands
That scrub and sweep with professionalism
That secludes any study in that field.
That is because I am the village hero these days
The utensils are shinning like mirrors,
I am astonished to see my pale tired face through it
I am the village hero now, it satisfies me.
I sing my way through it with a
Song that soothes my heart
This only pleases the village elders of course
They look at me with wonder and respect in their eyes,
This satisfies me.
I am the village hero now when
Household chores choke me down and I find
Myself doing what old African elders applaud,
Huh huh huh huh God help me!

It was the day of
dead patriarch.
I was fondling an echidna.
The home was
carried away in the-
storm. Must find a broom.
On the remains-
of a burned-out soul.
A hope sits on the altar.
A piano drenched in rain-
will not sing in the gale.
The sky will collapse-
one day, I will bring
back the bluebird,
for a revenge.

An Ideal Wife
By Elton Camp
She keeps her house spotlessly clean
No irritating clutter will ever be seen
The laundry basket empty will stay
Clothes folded and neatly put away
Crisp, fresh sheets will be on the bed
“It needs changing” never has to be said
About the kitchen, hubby needn’t think
No dirty dishes found piled into the sink
Delicious meals she will always prepare
To serve leftovers, she never will dare
She would not think of being so rude
As to have in the fridge spoiled food
The shopping she always keeps done
To the store, her hubby needn’t run
Dust on the furniture is never to be found
Sparkling windows are the cleanest around
The bathroom tile, including all the grout
Is shining and free of mold without a doubt
The cleanest toilet bowl is her ambition
And she leaves the seat in the up position
She strictly limits all her telephone chat
As she hasn’t time to waste like that
The in-laws’ visit she is glad to see
“No need to call,” she will decree
To a household budget she’ll adhere
So the bank account is always clear
In addition, she holds an outside job
Never can she be called a lazy slob

Like a beggar I stood without
Clothed in tattered dress of cheap flax
The rich estate Lord with much clout
Called me in surprised at kinds acts
Inside table set very fine
Ladden with scumptous varied food
On which the master would soon dine
How could I expect to share this mood
When I extremely poor indeed
But he had plan to draw me in
Give me some of his meat as need
For he had killed the fattest lamb
Without blemish__ spotlessly clean
This he would serve favorite guest
In this castle of the great king
Come dine you're invited my blessed
