Premium Memberbaigne de soleil - bathed in sun

(a poem in several Haiku and Senryu stanzas)

The molten gold sun
on cerulean canvas
breeze borne cirrus clouds

flawless days stretching
like sun-kissed bodies - crisp white
linen cabanas

lips roughly sore from
innumerable kisses
we shimmer white hot.

Lulling rhythmic waves -
heavens extravagant taste
- on leisure sculpt days

masterpiece pleasures,
love’s instigative brushstrokes,
paint compelling joy

I didn’t notice much change, but now
the birds begin to sing…the music
breaks through…it is okay once more.

The ancients must have thought so.
I wonder of the animals in the zoo,
the scientists rubbing their palms.

I noticed when it seemed a minor dim,
hardly noticeable. Didn’t have glasses
to join the din, so opened the shades.

Now, seems a bit brighter.

Soleil Levant

Keep
Actin like
Everything is the same
Yet
Everything is anything but
My world is turned
Upside down
I don't know
Into an optimal angle or a
Negative angle
Anymore
The pastel colors
Of the sky
Are getting
Blurred
Like Monet's
Impression
soleil levant
Felt like I was
Flying
From
The jump but now
I'm just floating
In midair
With sudden
Unpredictable
Drops
That
Plummets my heart down
Too
Got too much
On my mind now
On my heart now
Save a place for us
Please
Bae
When can we stop

The Sun King (Le Roi Soleil)

The eyes and lips reveal the majestic, arrogant, smug smile
Of King Louis the Fourteenth, poised pompously in regal style.
Painted in a robe of luxurious cloth of splendid colours,
Shod in high heels, and adorned with a wig to appear taller.

Hangs Rigaud’s nine-by-eight masterpiece portrait of terror
In the Musée du Louvre, a

Soleil

A new life is there, we see it as it dawns
A new day with song and brightness
It watches as the old gets tired and yawns
And then passes into a lightless place
That‘s out of reach and forever gone
The two shall never touch but run away
Chasing their own shadows to another day
To just to begin again the

Cirque Du Soleil Circus of the Sun

Have you ever stopped to wonder?
How curious we can be
How we gleam with awe and wonder
Still filled with anxiety

The world they say is a tornado
So filled with love and hate
So beautifully designed
To make our teeth grate

A plethora of emotions run around the playful sky
So beautiful and quaint, so filthy and undesired
How

Soleil Du Matin

she basked in the glow of the morning sun
her soft whispers carrying through the light breeze
vibrant, though the day has just begun
taking my mind with the slightest of ease

ravishing beauty and wonderous smell
i can not help but stare when she smiles
everthing about her, in love i fell
and with that i pray she will stay a
