“Love weaves a mysterious magic spell”
Enchanted heart light pulse no rein can quell
Moonbeam frenzy rippling through souls entwined
Dark midnight hour gasp a charmed sleigh bell

Golden whispers permeate our hub aligned
Pearl-eyed lustrous jinx free oath undersigned
We bare toe dash at wishful madcap pace
As eros leaves its comet far behind

Early red dawn passion etched in sheer lace
Spring day mystic zenith, her glow tone face
Closer to nirvana, deep first blush team
Eternal heaven, haunt, or secret space.

Breath of sky rapt tender link’s heady stream
Otherworld amidst engagement ring theme
Doves that skim and coo silver froth afloat
Bright souvenirs en route unveil a gleam

Sensual laughter spurs hypnotic note
blithely fosters harmonising fond quote
Erotic fervour cast your lucky shroud
O'er honeymooner’s trance on dream boat

I found a sleigh bell,

picked it up - what sweet music ...

I still do believe

Premium MemberPraise Lord a Second

Glistening snow sets the Christmas-like mood
Sleigh bell magic, happy hearts, who could brood?
Children take off their gloves to make snowballs
Boisterous songs, full community halls

Magic sugar rolled into Christmas dough.
A winter kick off wherever we go
Grandma’s memories, coming clear today
We wish Nana’s sweet mind could somehow stay.

Warm hot cookies, shaped as Bethlehem’s star,
Praise Lord a second, wherever you are.
Hot from the kitchen, where our children laugh,
Christmas month, our school time cut in half,

Such a joyful holiday, people good.
One magical month, acting as they should.

Holiday Scrubs

Yuletide blackboard,
tally the good, dirty snow ugly and the bad
Chalk it up to life learning experience,
golden sleigh bell reward
Past mistake spots erased so mistletoe glad,
mend every sad, broken-hearted fence
Kicking clean fresh holiday scrubs —
kiss the new year baby
with a merry, evergreen cheek rub
Go charity palm crazy ...
Do it alm right from the very start,
giving daily
those precious gifts from the heart

A Prayer At Christmas

Children snuggled up in their beds
trying to rest those sleepy heads.
Listening out for sleigh bell noise
as Santa delivers Christmas toys.

Excited children, wrapping paper torn
opening presents on Christmas morn.
Pretty lights glistening on the tree
it’s how we like Christmas to be.

But say a prayer at Christmas for
those caught up in a world of war.
Living lives ruled by conflict and hate
in places they just want to escape.

For those without a proper home
and anyone struggling to live alone.
People who live with a troubled mind
where happiness is so hard to find.

So eat your Turkey, drink some wine
dance and be joyful, have a good time.
And say a prayer at Christmas too
for those less fortunate than you.

A Sleigh Bell Named Jingle - a Christmas Limerick

There was a young sleigh bell named Tingle
She loved to ring and to jingle
She shined herself bright
'Cause on Christmas Eve night
She'll be on the sled of Kris Kringle.

A Christmas Celebration

A Christmas celebration,
With the family gathered near,
A ham in the oven,
The boys with a cup of cheer.

Having such a good time,
The kids running all around,
Playing hide and seek,
Trying not to be found.

A festive celebration,
Laughter thru out the house,
Everyone across the nation,
Loving their special spouse.

Too soon the day is over,
But everyone tuckered out,
You look out your window,
As the kids all start to shout.

Snow has started falling,
Time to start again,
Guess we missed our calling,
We’ll be kids instead of men.

Snowball fights in the valley,
There’ll be skating in the pond,
Don’t sit around and dally,
When we’re making our special bond.

A big fire in the backyard,
Everyone gathers around,
Time to get warm and cozy,
We all seem to be spellbound.

Sleigh bell they are a ringing,
As the neighbors come in from the town,
Everyone starts singing,
No where could you find a frown.

Another Christmas is ending,
And what a day it has been,
Finished with all the baking,
Now waiting for the New Year to begin.
