Fool the Voyager

Through the sea of flames
I pursue to fulfill this
shadow quest of mine,

governing my ark
recklessly against the winds
of mauling doubts, toward you.

Now Voyager

fragile is the dream...
sailing over broken glass
without a compass

The Lost Voyager

There was virile voyager called Stanley,
with sucking lips he could blaze cold alley.
In journey from top downward
his machismo got devoured,
on V-night he lost way in silk valley.

Saturn

So favored by Selene, he gathers her moons…
a collection that enhances a sparkly plethora:
Those rings within rings, of ice he holds taut
Under his saturnine smiles, they glisten thru
regions of black; magic calling each voyager:
New wrecks to snare as he revolves taciturn …

Adieu, Mon Capitan

Adieu Ami, Mon Capitan,

Your voyage, hence has ended,

This Voyager, once befriended.

Adieu Ami, Mon Capitan,

The thrill for you, sailed the Seven Seas,

The will of crew, ever would appease.

Adieu Ami, Mon Capitan,

Your ship and crew behind you,

May Heaven soon remind you.

Brief excursions

Lost in rhyme
I don't know
the lot of it all
I'm a scarecrow to the dawn
twice rising to the bird song
needing a manifest
a voyager in the perilous seas
The eye of our little God
makes me smile
come on home
take this hurt away from me
The tree of life taketh
haunts my nights
brief excursions of ecstasy moon

Ghosts

Going nowhere; a voyager of circles, succeeds
Hoing my own garden; a harvest, full of weeds
Ostracized; for concerning myself, of others' needs
So; is this the flavor of my ink, when it bleeds?
Thrilled by my emotions; they are my poetic creeds
Spectors, are now plowing; to plant their own seeds

The Journey

The rise and fall of Empires
The rhythm of existence
The story of Nations
The sequence of life

As a Nation as a man
The story is same
Only appearance differs
The component is the whole
The Whole is what makes it up

Rising and falling
Even in one lifetime
Life maintains its sequence
Undulating to test the voyager

Voyager

Voice follows poise,
Observe bold heart;
Yes charm grooms choice,
Apply sure start;
Grace comes around,
Explore the world;
Reap wondrous grounds.
Applaud new swirls:
Vital sure moods
Offer clear hints;
Yield to the good,
Expound each tint;
Urge primes fond feel,
Rich ideas will.

You Are So Beautiful

You are so beautiful
and so graceful
with an elegance divine
of such refined simplicity
that touches one's heart and mind
as if a refreshing breeze.

You are a delight
and your heart is kind.
A good host you are
to this voyager
come from lands afar.
I am a traveler
who is impressed by
your serene smile,
and your gentle sight.

Voyager
By David J Walker

You are the ones we left
And knew would never grace
The ports on different paths
And ever will the course
Of our ascent serrate a jagged
Past across a folded sky

The SETI trade winds scan each

Lei

a lei
warmly undulates in the harbor,
scented blossoms in the surf,
welcoming each voyager
with frangipani, plumeria, shells and
haku mele. the ukulele and current
gently pulls with mellifluous undertow.
a garland aloha and hula hips
enhance each Polynesian hug
in passionate sunrise and sunset hues.

Lost Not

Voyager
You appear out of the moon-brushed
Darkness
Seemingly lost
But somehow unafraid
Let me be a light to guide you
Lay down softness that you won't be
Bruised
Or bewildered
We will cross those waves of uncertainty
Transcending
The absolute blackness
Turning the whispers of sky to day
We'll find our way
For long it's been
Since a ship sailed into this
Lonely
Long forgotten
Port

Voyager

With a spark to get the goal,
I set myself ablaze.

Discoverers are rovers,
Misread as directionless.

Trendsetters are drifters,
Misinterpreted as irresolute.

Innovators are venturers,
Misconstrued as frivolous .

What a falsified perception about me,
Of being an aimless wanderer,
Like a toy car striking wall and moving wayward.

I am on my way to my expedition,
With a zeal of reconnaissance ,
Voyager I am !!

Virile Explorer

He was virile voyager called Stanley,
with slurping tongue he could burn cold alley.
         In journey from top downward
         his machismo got devoured,
he found lustful way in lissome valley.

This man never found the bed out of bounds,
his wife liked he explored ivory mounds.
         Her drooping assets age got,
he disliked, monk he was not,
ventured out exploring youthful new grounds.

In the End Is Christmas

I will tell from the perspective of men,
I know firm, and I trust,
The earth is a tunnel and,
Men are Voyager always on the traverse.
Through and through,
There's the ups, and the downs,
Morning light is hope, but
Nighttime is full of rancors.
At the brink end of the passageway,
Is the hope for redemption,
The saver is born in the dust-laden season and,
There's the Christmas.
When you've seen all these,
Prepare yet for another turn.

Voyager

With feet of wind
and my head
of dreams I ran
the world...
On the crazy horse
of youth
I rode rivers,
deserts, mountains
  and plans ...
With my eyes
I searched for butterfly
  and the unknowns
flowers...
With hummingbird lips
I sucked the honey
 from the nymphs, and
with my rice heart
I gave abundance to everyone
that I met ...
But it was my life,
of voyager
that brought me up
here ,,, and here I
stay until right time
, when again i leave ...!

Robber Baron Passengers

In South Croydon station
They walked tall
Brief cases and ironed Daily Telegraphs
Back to the 80s
They spoke a Corporate language

I remember the old school
but now we are living
with Generation Z
with acne to match
(If they can ever leave their homes)
for office jobs
The performed voyager
to a new world
with resplendent coffee bars with Wi FI
where they plan
their robber baron forays
see them scurry
their mission to

their World

Wind Voyager

So feather light is my soul today
That one kind breath of a word from you
Sends me flurrying high with the breeze,
Carrying, extolling Creation's secret wisdom,
As the golden dandelion
Entrusts her children to the billowing,
Willow-swaying
Zephyrs.

I yield to the wonder of the warm wind’s caress,
My love pirouetting toward you,
Inexorably
Supporting my heart’s glad intention
To grow tall,
Strong;
To thrive within your rich,
Welcoming, earthy
Abundance.
