Here lies Paddy, as usual impeccably dressed
Let us all hope St Peter is suitably impressed

If you lie to the government, it's a felony,
but if the government lies to you,
it's just business as usual politically.
I don't always open up
I don't always close myself,
I'm neither a window nor a door...
Effort to write poems was reborn;
And as usual had been Jim Horn;
Action spring;
Start to sing;
Trump prefers stars with ****.
This one called that one a crook;
That one called this one a dud.
Neither could be clearly seen,
Once they were done slinging mud.
Revisit the streets of Wasilla
you'll notice the usual flotilla
of Palins-to-go
who'll put on their show
produced by the Lady Attila.
Accustomed to the world
around him, he didn't find anything strange
when they put him to live in the asylum...
a horse waltzed over to say
without its usual neigh
he'd kick a farmers pants
for trying to dance
to the sound of munching hay.
I saw a neat contest today
But rules seemed to get in the way
So, I''ll write what I like
The rules take a hike
And settle for my usual N/A
Sunflowers in shades of yellow
Looking down on the earth bellow
Like the sun and its golden rays
Painted in their usual ways

It seems so dark, darker than usual,
I wonder what it feels like to have a clear sight.
I keep my eyes open wide,
While I pursue a ray of light.
I wake up
Aroused
As usual.
I sleep alone
I rush
To the shower
My stick-shift
Still in
The first gear
It is the same
Damn
Thing
For ten years.
Form:
boat jam in the early morn
grandpa is in the middle of it
standing on broken storm doors
usual morning routine
he waves to his friends
they race to help
Rock Hardon just called a staff meeting
To hear a complaint about cheating
Our Xerox machine
Could not be wiped clean
So privates were publicly sheeting
A tired Liar rests uneasily
Upon Pillows of the Past
His heavy head, it sleeps in Dread-
Always dreams of Truth, alas!
*"Usual" is intentional in the title ;)
if you are no fun during the school year
are you joyful during the summer?
i stare at the folded armed teacher
an angry glare on her face as usual
I think no
"A lot of people have taken too much and what does not belong to them, in order to balance this equation a lot of people will have to give beyond the usual normal"
Form:
he texted his order to door dash
what do we want for dip?
hazelnuts or walnuts?
acorns
the usual please, honey
he nodded
barbeque sauce with a side of nutella
Hey we're having a thunderstorm
As usual, our doggie needs chloroform
A real scaredy-cat
A kinda handicap
She's under a chair being quite alarmed
What Trump Did Do Now
As usual, what Trump did do now;
To Queen he would refuse to bow,
Or recognize,
Did realize;
Made big balloon of him somehow.

She'd always pop back up in the Spring,
for her usual sunny warm fling,
winters slow thaw,
at deaths door,
that Spring dormant awaiting the King.
11-21-16
avid birdwatcher takes usual spot.
casts cracker crumbs to pigeons;
in wondrous company.

Drawing before breakfast
on a torn envelope,
coffee and cigarettes at hand,
the artist’s struggles
led to the usual questions,
impossible to answer
except by drawing.
The end arrives with her usual announcement
Grace and elegance
Dressed in an ice-cold dawn
The end is beautiful
And I smile
As this moment freezes
Under her stare
In time.
From Trump Did Sense
From Trump as usual we did sense,
A lie was formed as false pre-tense;
Time consuming,
While looming;
With much suspense were very tense.
