Out in the open,
His status left unspoken.
Wandered for so long.
Only wanted to belong,
To fight alongside the strong.

our moments
in quietness…

that beauty of her
heal the wounds of my words
every time when the silence
is bleeding inside of me
as a unspoken poetry
The words a magic salve….
for the unspoken wound
—of a thought once denied
(Villanova Pennsylvania: February, 2014)
My Anniversary Today, August 17
Married forty-one years ago today…
the unspoken poem therein
writes itself…
Leading with your heart
I know what I should not do;
The unspoken rules
that I am good at bending;
Impossible overdose.
a smile
is unspoken words
escaping from your heart
leaving behind the sounds
just taking with it
the feeling and emotion
To thank,
To calculate,
To obey,
Unspoken rules,
Even if no one will see
Or appreciate it,
Is a duty of
A good citizen.
The paper silently waits
then the ink
it flows through my pen
revealing unspoken thoughts
Written word
is how Poetry begins
The hour has come,
—no word left unspoken
The reasons have vanished,
—all emptiness gone
(Las Vegas Nevada: January, 2011)
light won't reach my eyes...
for where my eyes carry me
light isn't born yet...
i'm only a wanderer
among dry unspoken words...
don’t fix what’s not broken ~ unless mending mosaics as a token
said the jester to a mime artist ~ he gestured back the unspoken
Quiet sober love
rises with the morning Sun;
Unspoken desire
lingers from the night before;
Small talk has found the silence.
Deep in the pine woods,
Flowers of many colours
Better than most goods,
Bathed in summery showers,
Filled with unspoken powers.
Misconstrued actions replayed,
Misinterpreted words sung,
Unspoken hatred nurtured,
Anarchy is inevitable.

Like the hiding Sun
spiraling within the clouds
love left unspoken
a silent smile choked her lips
raging like a thunderstorm.
Jewel of a friend.
Still, gemstones can be broken.
Bestest friend I had.
Our words once left unspoken
Still making me beyond sad.
alienation of this world
penetrates
eviscerates
denegrates
until
there is nothing left
alienation
so palpable
often unspoken.
words left unspoken
sealed behind my stubborn lips
love begs expression-
your arms reach out to embrace
my eyes speak the unspoken
I fell in love with your broken.
I fixed you and then set you free.
Fractured in words left unspoken,
I am broken as broken can be.
I fear if someone looks hard
They'll see I'm broken..
My mask will fall off, my eyes will expose
My past, my heart--things unspoken..
My heart is broken
His love it goes unspoken
My sleep awakened
He haunts my thoughts through the night
Just no way to make this right.
Please don't tell me now,
Unspoken truths can't do harm,
I need to believe
We'll open that heartshaped box
On the day our hands are clasped
Nothing hurts more
when "I Love You"
can only be expressed
through countless sighs
because you know the best thing
you can do is to deny.
Words unspoken dwell within the poet
The ink of inspiration whets his quill
Scribed upon the page with driven hand
