the torrential rain fall
the cataclysmic wind
seeks and destroy
everything in it's path
has been ravaged
by the storm
torrential rainstorm
sway slightly to paling side
a blooming flower

HAIKU #13,002.........................................................Security
Torrential rain
Rain hood is leaking
Slithering rain.

Like an almighty cauldron,
Curling and twirling,
Stirred by the sea,
It came bashing,
As a torrential torrent
Pounding endlessly.
Torrential Tears
Lost in a cyclone
Abandoned I storm alone
Torrential tears roam.

The gray cloud provoked,
Sent a message to the ground,
Torrential rain falls.
Saturated fields,
Sanctify the earth’s tough skin,
Nourishing kingdoms.

Enveloping me in a cloudburst,
my minacious blues held a funk.
Dribbles are now torrential,
a rainstorm in my brain.
Overactive mind,
l’m exhausted.
Let me go
right now
fears!
Storm clouds drifting across a dark sky
Torrential rains destroying lives
Waters drowning memories
I fall on my knees with
a heartfelt prayer
Suddenly I
see the sun
glad I
won
Shattered glass
Like my life, in pieces
Glittering fragments
Waiting to be swept away
As raindrops, build
Into torrential rains
So now I may drown
In the flood of life
The river flows
Towards death
Had a ten minute storm, nearly lost our roof
Torrential in volume, haven't seen since my youth
The power of nature
And even greater
Nasty nuclear fusion and the world goes poof!
Dark Rain Basement Spider- A Haiku
o, springtime spider
dark rain prowls a torrential
at the old basement

Finally through fading fog
to crash into new weather;
Striking back with equal force,
they thought they found a worthy foe;
Stronger now but so was she;
Misread the torrential fight
within a storm flying blind.
Storm laden vengeance
the Father has sent me
Each cloud a dark memory
the wind whipping through
Lightning bolts charging
the moment eternal
Excuses torrential
—in thunder’s adieu
(Dreamsleep: September, 2022)
distant thunderheads
vast golden plains turned cold gray~
wild horses run free
torrential rain storms
rivers overrun leveys~
bears feast on salmon
cool morning drizzle
freezing announces winter~
cocoons await spring
Why does a wild storm
A raging sea
Make me feel safe
And comfort me?
Explosive ,unrelenting
Raw, fearless, free
Cuddles ,calms
And comforts me?
Booming thunder
Torrential Rain
Soothes my soul
Reason why I can’t explain?
The gods at war again
Throwing bolts of lightning,
Torrential pummeling rain
The sky is dark at midday
The gauntlet has been lain,
Tots find it all so frightening
Tearful 'til the beast is slain.

The dark came
With a flame
In hand
The dark came
In a jasmine game
At the bend
The dark came
Lovely mayhem
In the vein
The dark came
Ocean in shame
Torrential rain

Thunderstorm
flashing lightning
torrential rain squalls
cursing region with hail
high winds, banks overflowing
power grids surely fail
traffic slowly crawls
so frightening

Love lasts when a spark turns into a flame
Each memory now within a frame
It's over now theres no one to blame
The tears now flowing like torrential rain.

Towering dark cover
The frenetic light waves
Thunder roaring with wrath
Turbulence in the sky
Trembling clouds spill over
Torrential sheets of rain
Treading on earths parched skin

Torrential rain falls
Rivers swell, bursting their banks
Floods consume the land
Houses submerged deep
Anguished cries of lost homes rise
Water, ruthless foe
Nature's wrath unleashed
Mighty force engulfs all life
Hope floats amidst fear
Drizzles feed her kind,
Torrential showers would kill,
Sprinkles reach the mark,
Exceptional buds will bloom,
She thrives and prospers at dawn.

Blue sky , Summer sun
Soft moist air , fresh from meadows fair
Towering black clouds, gathering in crowds
Sheets of grey , torrential rains
Soft padding feet , water flooding the streets
Water, Earth and sky , a natural high
Summertime sun , summertime fun
