Premium Member Heart Drop

Droplets upon my
window pane as the sky cries
deep and stark. My one
teardrop of sadness rains down
among them shaped as a heart
Form: Haiku

Summer Swallow

One smile does not a laughter make
Nor one teardrop in the dust, a lake.

Teardrop

Depression
endless hope
unturned love
fear of nothing

darken days
light of night

no tomorrow
bitter ending
forever silence
Depression

Too Small

A world too small
Where hopes fly high
In the clouds a teardrop hides
Oh come rain, come rain
Shower me your pain
It's teardrops that are falling.

Teardrop

Meandering slowly a crystalline memoir
that signifies, unveils the strife
furrowed deeply in her heart.
Encapsulated in that salted bead
Anguish liquidated.

Divine Teardrop

Teardrop salt is divine ,is a cure
to any ancestral pain or wound
no need for cutting, nor suture
           remedy, panacea that abounds

The Dark Side of Love

She sat,
sinking into the darkness
of gloom and sadness
He passed with a sudden glance
her eyes lit up
a faint smile appeared,
but slowly faded
A teardrop fell.

The Salted Knee

She felt the tepid skin of her thigh against her face
a teardrop straddling from her cheek
looking for hope in a dream
that always ended
as his slaps left
her welted skin

Teardrops

“ TEARDROPS “

A TEARDROP SHINES LIKE A DIAMOND RING
BUT NO SMILES OR GLORY WILL IT BRING
LIKE AN UNWANTED GUEST FEELS OUT OF PLACE
AS EMOTION PAINTS A WAITING FACE

Teardrop

Just a trickle is left
Of that salty flavour
It slips onto my tongue
I let it linger
Just a trickle it takes
To move mountains inside me
Love is sweet
But comes in salty flavours.
Form: Verse

Tear Drop

I slipped on a teardrop for goodness sake
and when I landed I felt the earth quake,
so while I thought I looked fine
I've gotta trim the waistline...
or else a large tsunami I may make.

Fallen

A candle flickering in the dark
Stillness in the air
Even the moon has lost its beauty
Head bows down low , a prayer on the lips
A teardrop rolls down from the eyes.

Stary Thoughts

To access the mountain,
are you ready
to carry the rock ?

*

Deep in my heart
flows the river
of summer pain.

*

A teardrop in
a sea of daffodils.
Who was blind ?

Dormant Rhymes

I love these chaotic moments
where every teardrop
leaves a letter in its wake
empty words quiver on frozen lips
free verse slips in
a dash of warm and sweet
and I turn into a fool
feeling its ecstasy

Training your eyes
even when it hurts
always putting on a smile
returning with stronger armor
depending on faith and hope
running through a war
opposed to even a battle
'pretty' is as mighty as a sword

"simple Words"

For the time it takes a teardrop to reach the floor...
The words I love you could do so much more...

When hurt and pain can last for an eternity a times...
The simple words I'm sorry can change a set mind...

Looks To Deceive

A teardrop of joy
a teardrop of sorrow
Different in substance
different in kind
Flowing endemic
the scientist’s baffled
Their chemical compounds
— distinct and profound

Sweet Memory

O sweet evocation of mine
                   I always reminded you
                   as being emotional yesterday ...
I never imagined of you as being
                   teardrop of my future ...!

Before the Last Teardrop Falls

Saw it in your eyes
 no feelings to disguise,
it hurts, it aches, it pains the soul
when you accept that love goes,
so let's just kiss, try not to cry
as we whisper one final goodbye
before the last teardrop falls.

Premium Member Blooms In the Rain

She has closed her eyes to the rain
But flowers bloom out of her pain
Her beauty framed in black and white
    Needs no color to delight
Through the mist she softly weeps
And teardrop dreams are all she keeps

Rain Day

grey sky day no chance of light
teardrop rain beats down
thoughts now finally taking flight
smile that hides the frown.

melancholy dreary day
surrenders soon to dark
desperation here to stay
leaves such a painful mark.

Premium Member Cocooned In Solitude

Alone with aqua alpine air
The calm cocoon of cotton clouds
Permeates peaceful patience
Taught by teardrop tranquility
Nestled in nocturnal nests
Murmurs the meditative moon
Here, the hallowed hush of heaven.
