Notes About The Poem

rainbow, phenomenon where white light is bent while entering a droplet of water

White Light In a Teardrop

rainbow in the sky
souls flown - angels cry with me
farewell, I love you

Lots of life in such a simple statement of understanding. Love this and your other poems as well. Lonna

Lonna, thank you for your comments. my mum and younger sister passed in Dec 2018, so when I look at rainbows now I think of them, such vivacious strong spirits.

Darlene, thank you - I love rainbows, the hope they inspire and to take a moment to think of people we love who have passed.
