Niusance
On and on she runs
Non stop as a truck
Blood suckers away
Lil effort she made
Didn't cost a buck
On her stomach
Then opposite
She swaps on with
Pitch flunctuating
Blaring on
I poke on
Nothing works
What more
Do I?
Slap!

Epilogue To Summer Storm
Mercurial splendor; earth, sky the
props
Sunlight glints through
effervescent drops
Fluorescent beams glisten through
glowing treetops
O'er grassy plain, steel girder slides
and hops
Colorful symphony earth's
footstool for heaven's grandeur
swaps
An arcing prism of neon across the
horizon crops...

Shedding off slowly the smothering snow
Peeking through the veil of winter slumbers
Reviving fans to her delightful show
Instigated by showers and thunders
Nascent nature swaps her seasonal scenes
Grim grayish garb transformed by gorgeous greens

Once a year, we are out of that box and it's always the same, never stops, Old Shiny Red Al just talks and talks. For a year, we snuggled our hook tops, but, our old Al fakes memory blocks. Rather than Christmas therapy swaps, may I clang him in his glossy chops?

Good Intentions

Procrastination often swaps a sure thing for perhaps,
our opportunity can disappear during times elapse.

On the back burner is where opportunity takes rest,
placed there by daydreamer’s not doing their best.

Armed with good intentions, to do at some later time,
but find good intentions weren’t worth a thin dime.

I would like to again
We climbed into the church, which hangs behind the village on the edge of a ravine/quarry and a meadow with frozen alfalfa.
It opens its mouth at us with every incoming twilight.
Door like when the Helper swaps part of the cheeks and stretches the cheeks to the eyes, grin from Codex Gigas.
We admire the naked little girls and the drooping pygmies of the statues hidden in the drawer of the table left in the sacristy....

The spotless swaps are filled with bright hemlocks Slaloms brighten the looming metal fence Footsteps ring in the darkness of airlocks The spotless swaps are filled with bright hemlocks Under a load of plants, gates groan and shock A moment when nothing pleased your senses The spotless swaps are filled with bright hemlocks Slaloms brighten the looming metal fence.

Bernadette, ex-midinette,
now leaving Paris:
shop-girl day before.
Paris takes long time to leave,
with all the arrondissements...

Bernadette, ex-midinette
swaps shop-girl airs
for country air.
Paris now seen distantly:
the Eiffel Tower.

Perfect future lies in front
near Lille, or similar.
Shop-girl the day before.
Tells me not to harp on this
and holds up middle finger.

A midinette is a Parisian shop-girl.
