cancer survivor
eight years with a clean record
feeling some relief
year nine is a killer year
cancer takes body hostage
No, the strength is still there.
Whatever it takes,
still this is her--
the most stricts of her dreams
and her
passions.
dinosaurs long gone..
humans, with bombs, there'll be none..
roaches, billion one!
Pale pink running rose has a few blooms
Survivor of the summer heat
Beauty, strength, and delicate scent
Adorn this one plant
Form:
my heart left out in the cold
endured the storm
battered but a survivor

Scream
horror, fear
thrilling, exciting, ground-breaking
prey, survivor, feminist, misogyny
calling, chasing, hiding
scary, murderous
legacy
Repeat after me
I have control
I am in control
I am strong
I have strength
I am beautiful
I have beauty within
I will survive
I am a survivor
Form:
A sexual abuse survivor
Sexually abused by a monster
When I was just an innocent child
Where ever it suited his fancy
Only he will ever really know why

A custodian of life…
guardian of the coming dawn
Survivor of the truth untold,
—protector of what’s yet to be

Survivor?
The ex. president
of the US.
Jimmy Carter
God blessed him
with old age
Carried around
in a crate
sleeps with open
mouth all-day
emits silence
Colorado had never looked this beautiful
She is a scary, treacherous state
so many fathers have killed their whole family
but at least we have the mist a survivor said
Percy was driving a long black hearse
Carrying a body which made him terse.
To unwind he tried singing
Which sounded like pinging.
But the corpse said he’d heard worse.
Tongues that instill fear by the use of vicious words are servants of hate!*

* Inspired by Alexis. Y poem, "Survivor"
tires howling loudly
she reaches for my shoulder
horns like sirens wail
brakes failing on icy bridge
I wake in a hospital

On a charred olive-
branch, a dove gazing alone.
Gory war wasteland.
Moist eyes barely holding pain,
being a sole survivor.

an Auschwitz survivor
at home now
no SS commandos
no barking dogs
no whips
no crematoria
enjoying his daily shower
fragile
dainty
a survivor
lithe
light
lovely
she peeks above the grasses
showing her loveliness
an orchid!
I am in love
purple too
my cup runneth over
I gain everything
My wife was once a school bus driver
Brave lady she's still in therapy, a survivor
It's quite a sad tale
At times gets derailed
Aims at kiddies with words I can't decipher
I hear the sound of a loud bulldozer
That’s destroying all the trees
Save one, lone survivor

Trump Lacks Moral Fiber
Trump seems to think that he is a survivor,
When really having been definite conniver;
A real pain,
Even in rain,
Who always lacks any trust or moral fiber.

Sets his sights on a bigger dish
“Oh my,” says the diver
“Am I on Survivor?”
Clings to hope on a prayer and wish

Come back and I'll offer you my
destroyed castle...
reconstructed...
Come back you'll have one
unmade bed...
A table that little
feed... but you will have
hungry love,
of a lover,
survivor... !
