The Lone Survivor

I hear the sound of a loud bulldozer
That’s destroying all the trees
Save one, lone survivor

Did u notice how rude I was visiting this new kimo and not even commenting on it?..shame on you, Gwendolen! Right?..ha ha. This poem reminds me of one of my old time favorite animations called Fern Gulley...You and I are the same age so you probably know the one...I can even smell the diesel fumes and see the charcoal plumes from around the edges of your poem, Russell. ha ha. This is one lonely sad tree! Urban sprawl sux! ha ha. Gwendolen
