on a scented wind
juicy with new growth
deer at sunrise
both nibbling
jade stalks

The night may seem
to be so mean
but it has a heart
it's a man you see
He stalks his prey
the last of his kind
he is the night's heart
and he wrote this rhyme.
Reach to touch Heaven;
