Belfast made so much rope
The factories could hardly cope
They were stored in great sheds
On big wooden beds
Then shipped to the Cape of Good Hope...

A young man shipped out on the sea;
No care if ‘twas windward or lee.
	But storms came along,
	His stomach not strong,
Now sees ships only on TV!

Plus
I shipped my poetry to you
I shipped with the season of bloom
I shipped my heart
With my beats and plus
And they will dwell in your breast
And they will burst like roses
In their bloom...

By Dolly Gee
Donald Trump is just as clear as can be
Immigrant children must be caged, not free!
Trump wants them all whipped
Before they are shipped
But "not on my watch" ruled Judge Dolly Gee!...

Muddle and Befuddle
Muddle and Befuddle

Up everything Trump always seems to muddle,
Which can become confusing and often befuddle;
There is no denying;
Wish he was dying,
So will have shipped him off after we scuttle.

River Boats
the moored hulls
drop
down in the haze

rise again
like wet birds

the boats slip
in and out

of the mist
come back painted by
distant seas

wet ropes squeak
rigging rattles as they list
water is shipped

whitecaps last seen
in a shipwrecked
china teacup...

Democracy No Longer
Democracy No Longer

We were America growing stronger,
But now are a democracy no longer;
Over sea's shipped,
And power Stripped;
Voting interfered with by warmonger.

Russia is interfering with voting
of other countries.

Shipped Away
Lost in a world
I do not belong in.
No one cares to understand
what I am going through.
So they ship me away.

Away to a place
where I am asked to talk.
My feelings,
my fears,
my life.

My feelings are please let me go.
My fears are of you.
My life has ended...
since they shipped me away....

Stupid Human Thoughts
she was
packed
in a box

shipped
to me
upon

opening
popping
a bottle

of champagne
i celebrated
and then

celebrated
again by
popping

the bubble
wrap that
she was

packed in
and then
i thought

what if
it were
styrofoam

what do
they pack
styrofoam

in
when
shipping...

Radiology
I saw you this morning in the waiting
room, not yet invisible, and later
sitting in the blue wrap-around frock
the technician asks you to unwrap.
Since last Wednesday the flesh
seems ashen, and light as a box
to be shipped away at your expense.
Only the white of the x-ray is so heavy,
you can’t put it down....

'Occupiers' closed Oakland port last night

Don't they realize that ain't very bright

Nuts and fruits are shipped from there

So a caution should they care

They could be shipped to get them outta sight

Freedom's Call
Forever will I long for you
Remembering your love each day
Enabled me to make it through
Each time I shipped away
"Do not be afraid, I said
Oblige me in this task I take
Many people depend on me
Soldier's love, do not forsake

Come to me in the dark of night
And I shall know you believe
Let me hear your silent prayer
Let your love help me achieve."...

Stranger Close By Me
Here
Now
Living
Purity
Immorality
Darkness, my crystal chandelier
Forgot how to sparkle in ballrooms now full of mud
Integrity is packed in soundproof boxes, shipped to the archives, sealed, wrapped in duct
tape.
A re-occurring dream goes on and on and on: laughing water fountains slapping my wingless
shoulder blades, as they blind me I step on life.......

Early Sunrise
In her eyes declare early mornings surprise -ship sets sail at sunrise -cargo's lost of soul- No tide insight-deserted nights I walk- As shadow plight carry's low end days never-land - Should have known- this event soon would come- all roads dread gridlock- In her eyes-shipped off I'm sent away- In her eyes I fly by sorrow's candle in the dark-

Ten Minutes For Escape From Rape
Ten minutes you have for escape
From a scene of the craziest rape,
Where the sex urge of men makes Ape:
Once they start their show mouths agape!

Better you're shipped to a lone cape:
Drinkers of the sweet serve one grape;
Your graceful neck sealed up to nape;
Pen knife to off Rapist's tool scrape...

Now, five wretched minutes for escape!
Can you one bring off: Clean Escape?...

Summer Harvest
Boys baked brown
By a midday sun
Beating down
On Indiana hay fields—
Taut stomachs, tight buttocks in sweaty jeans,
Unbuttoned shirts catching wind and showing skin
In the back of a pickup truck . . .
You laugh
When I tell you
My libido
Can still be stirred
By the scent
Of new mown hay.
Girl, you should have been with me in the sixties,
Before the fields were stripped
And that summer harvest
Was
Shipped
Out
To
Vietnam....

Garfield
(This is a fictional poem)

Last month I bought Garfield the cat.
Several hours later I really regretted that.
He kept eating all of my food and kicking my dog off the table.
I wanted to afford food for him but I wasn't able.

Last week I couldn't believe what I saw.
Garfield took a dump on my new couch and that was the last straw.
I put him in a box and shipped him over sea.
I feel sorry for the person who gets him in Germany....

What Beholds
I prayed for you
now what to do
i lay my eyes
and rest my mind
i count the sheep
remembering
the days I've lived
those sails have shipped
move on to whats better
he opened my message
to heal a soul
gods not to question
days have moved on
now gods what i question
to die alone
or to be told
by myself
I'm scared at home
no place to run
no where to go
when i die
what beholds
I'm scared as hell
truth be told...
