The fable man palms do perspire,
Knees inadequate,
Limbs do joxtapose in overabundance.
Purge grazes over the fable man's vestments.
Mother's Italian vermicelli.

~ Oh ... how you touch me ...

Your nails find flesh, burning deep

The Lawyer said "Wear this whiplash collar
And from the judge we'll get mega dollar."
I bent to pick up my purse
And then he let out a curse.
Said "If you bend don't forget to holler"

Premium Member Shady Lady

There once was a pant-less lady
she sure was rather shady
now spied by two grandee's
they pulled down their braces
and gave her lots of brandy
making this lady so bawdy

Shady Castle

My pain is invisible
But my tears are burning my eyes
One day I'll forget
One day I'll smile
I know someday I'll meet you again
But today I'm crying your absence a river
In my shady castle.

A Shady Courtyard - in france

Yellow stucco-walled, for house;
That in front warm-paved.
Brightly blazing, pot on pot
Here and there seed-saved.
Of Summer, what is gazed through
In its setting's lace
Can but, in feminizing
Enhance, dear, your face.

Velvet murmur hue
intuits bright peep day clue
yet dark sky sports smirk!!

Sly sombre omen,
magpie in mute throat a ruse,
connivance in jest!!

Rain coat, brolly, cap,
light shower from downcast vault,
or oddball dry spell!!

Shady

Did summer never really come
Or did I just not notice
Seasons feel the same to me
Locked inside your fortress
There's never leaves upon the trees
Yet you're cold enough to snow
No springtime buds of promise
As beneath you, nothing grows.

Shady

Repairing herself from
a long string of distrust.
Opening her soul
to new beginnings with no disgust.

Done wondering, time for me.
Anyone gets in my way
I'll toss you in the sea.

Steel body
Soft heart
It never turned cold
A miracle of a start.

The Shady Oak

From a seed that's put in the Earth
Sprouting its way out of the dirt
Growing enough throughout its youth
To mature into bearing fruit

Every Autumn leaves will fall
Then grow again by Nature's laws
When it becomes what it was not
There'll always be a shady spot

At the Shady Inn

Thus we came and went
in the quaking dawn.
Puppets on a string
caught up in this game.
Reckon we will burn.

Bind my soul then.
My hands are soiled
dirty work done.
Yet it feels right.

I love you
sounds so trite
in this doom.

Back door.
Shade's drawn
at noon.

Fools.

Slim Shady

I am confused
distant things
are within reach!
But
when grabbed
speaking or being stone silent
they will say to me:

We just look like distant things
But we are only their shades
If you want the real ones
You must

forget about easy

Shady Shelterr

Each day I'm spreading
whither am I heading
in rains there are off shoots
I bear down, all enjoy my fruits
come under my shade ,relax beneath me
here set hive you bee
Ill soon blossom forth with flowers
ye birds make nests, ill shelter in showers
why is there so much smoke?
in these circumstances Ill choke.

Shady Lady

SHADY LADY
There once was a lady who loved to face the sun
Following it as it crossed the sky,
Particularly between the hours of eleven to one.
But no one could figure out why.
Some said to develop a sunny disposition
      To overcome a previous condition
For it was rumored that this lady
Had a background that was shady.

Premium Member My Shady Cat

My furry feline friend died years ago

yet, I still find myself missing him.

Shady, I pray you're in heaven

having loads of fun playing

all kinds of kitty games,

dogs don't exist, and

you're happy, for

catnip grows

at length

there.

Premium Member SHADY POINT

Deep South
Word of mouth
The town had so much hate
Today’s world can relate
Separation
Black Man’s nightmare
All about fear
Tormented
Name calling
Woes
Blood that flows
The idea of being a minority
True reality
Just to survive
Attempting stride
No trust
Town of a past
Freedom at last
Shady Point
Didn’t inspire me
No dignity and honor
South scent
North went

#lessons and Love Poetry

Strange that you
act this way
since you wanted
love you say

How can I please you
when it's others
you tease

why do you forsake me
because of your past
when it is love
you've found at last

Never will it be another
that I would call my lover

now you must stop
before you break my heart
as love comes only once
so stop being so shady

Shady Jedi Mind Tricks

Wherefrom poetry shades recall,
and the other side of yesterday
is but a dreamt hallucination,
can't see the foliage from trees'
darkly forested boundaries,
insofar as frivolous moonbeams
agitate sun's glorified imagism
'midst hues of baubled madness
& vaporous sentiments are replete
within day-trippers' remote motives,
shadowing delusional chicanery
of rosé-tinted Jedi mind tricks
