to the flip-side
is unworkable.

ran haywire,
in veins,
pulsing all along,
the perfume,
gently rubbed,
at vantage points,
was jigjagged,
in seesaw,
told people around,
that it was my sound,
that I had arrived,
totally and fully contrived....

so quiet and still,
with no hint that anything could move.

Still swings;
a roundabout covered with frost,
a seesaw with no child.

No dogs at that time;
no cats - they must be somewhere else;
no hint of later on.
