Let not good intentionality
Become a catastrophy.

Establish firm boarders,
Not becoming trespassers;

But living free and fearless,
Experience sleep, not restlessness.

Premium Member The After Hours

Built to ease bottled up restlessness,
a reprieve from overheating.
Left frustrated by fleeting,
all of the after hours
are fading so fast.
The bittersweet
summer wind
will not
stay.

Cocked heads at curious angles
Fingers probing
plucking
plinking
Seeking a certain sound
Not quite yet...
Restlessness increasing
As if we who have paid good money for this are not---
Ah! There it is
The lights dim...

Bound Hearts

(28/01/2012)

I'll sweep your sadness
As you'll calm my restlessness
Such miraculous

Weaved souls in one wreath
Together we, us as one
Bound hearts ‘till the death

Home, a peaceful state of mind;
Indigestible, impossible to find;
Raging in a retched restlessness,
abstract visions, nothing tangible;
Every echo emerging swallowing me,
taking with it my overturned roots;
How can I find my way home?

The Switch

Now and then, I look
Between thoughts of
Happiness and Pain

Now and then, I look
Finding, The shadows
Are more in view

My path meanders
Between restlessness
And peace

Frequency has increased
Opportunity… Peace

Dewfresh Morn

Praise this renewed daybreak
Grace of sunlight
Pouring into my home
Blessings unfold
To grant me well with peace
That work be bright
In times of restlessness
My strength I hold !

So I Dream

I'm available--
exposed.
Caught in the crossfire
of handshakes and smiles.
The smoke grips my lungs.

I cannot oblige.
I will not oblige.

So I dream.
I elope with restlessness
into the fluid incubator.
I build my own prison
where I can be free.

Clueless

Each night a challenge:
suffocative restlessness
sleepless spirits’ noise
sexual starvation
**** menstruation
dingy subconscious

conspire behind closed eyes
absent healing and
wishful miracles

a clueless sun rises
bugging time and life

When I Decide to Leave

I need to learn how to leave myself alone
I want to spend the rest my days dancing
I'm always fighting my urge to flee
To soothe the restlessness in my bones
I'll make a blanket of my fears and wrap my things in it
I have a thousand reasons to never return

fills the mind with
       imagined scenes

        fills the empty heart

 ebbs to

The moon is restless
roaming in and out of clouds-
Intermittent stars
Motions above and below
through eternal sleepless night

Shunning saffron days
night owls and fireflies revel
to nightingale's song
Wide awake blooms gaze at moon-
The wind's everywhere at once

Five O Clock Shadow

I feel like a dusty blade
with nothing to cut
You said I didn't have the guts
to fill the neon skies
A cheerless languid
five o clock shadow
You stole my castle
and that I hadn't the paint
A cheerless restlessness
with words I tossed
were like the envelopes of yesterday

Restlessness

I've danced forever;
temperance bound
under this vestal spell,

a captive in these conventions of virtue,
in these endless circles
of same guiding same,
someone else's expectations
deciding my every step.

All the while I entertain
the restless riots building within.

Understanding a Little More of Poetry

Poetry although misunderstood
in her ambiguity, it must be
understood to be
humanized...
Is the glimpse of what
deserves to be fictional
to be reality...
Is this to say further
than the communication says...
is to be the opening
for restlessness
of the poetical senses... !

The Answer

There is a restlessness in life
That only God can understand.
For He is the one who made us,
He knows our needs, and his own plans.

Plans for good, and not for evil,
He has made for each one of us.
Peace and happiness come to those,
Who, through faith, in God put their trust.

The Search

The Search
Restlessness, what are you looking for?
Stillness is calling out to you
Sorrow, what are you looking for
Joy is calling out to you
Loneliness, what are you looking for?
Companionship is calling out to you
Boredom what are you looking out for
No one I am tire of all.

Mind Game

heavy confused dreams
filled my night with restlessness
subconsciously awake

endlessly the mind wonders
every thought held as captive
unrelenting fear

the mind takes over
grandmaster of illusion
and I the pawn of the game

a mental torture
I mount my attack, countered
I awake, checkmate

Love

i have for you.
Awaiteing restlessness.
A lifeless word crashing.
Life is now left bleeding.
Love shredded by emontional.
Hung without exstence
Found where passion is.
This hart stripped of empitiness.
A painful dream with in.
Is my life.
MY writeing is my fate.
I just gess im to late.

Yearning's Disguise

Fear slithers in.
The snake in my belly
uncoils.
Wrestling restlessness
gives way
to unnerving unease.

I watch and wait.
The snake silences its strike
for now.
I begin to pace.
Anguished anxiety anticipates
as yearning’s yellow yarn
wraps me in the afghan of fear
and the future bites me again.

The Stars Tonight

Luminosity of the despondent star in the celestial land above
Had grown to be caliginous in nature
Dwindled its crimson gleam

Dissolved into newfound restlessness,
Parched, dark, waterless spring
Entreating for even a luster

Named a blessing buried underneath cloaks
The last cries of
A twinkle.

Flicker.
