Full of Grace

He could weep and be sad,
Evn his own sometimes thought him mad;
Turned over tables, took issue with friends,
Oft-times mixing with the ill-repute-
Wise as a serpent,innocent as a dove,
Speaking th truth with heart of love.

An Enigma To Some

He could weep and be sad,
Even  his own sometimes thought him mad;
Turned over tables, took issue with friends,
Oft-times mixing with the ill-repute-
Wise as a serpent,innocent as a dove,
Speaking the truth with a heart of love.

A Thrill For Santa

Santa went to “The Light” by the river
A new place on his list to deliver,
Then was tempted with samples of fruit
By the belles in this house of repute.

Worst Morning After

One night, this fellow named Newt
Decided to visit a prostitute
But she stole all his cash
 and gave him a rash
Then his wife gave him the boot

It was the worst morning after for Newt
after he went to that house of ill repute
When he pissed it did burn
A hard lesson learned
Of that there is no dispute

THE F---WORD

Seems like certain politicos toss about the f---word thinking they're cute!

Didn't their mommies teach them that real ladies and gents of good repute,

Don't express themselves in public in such a disgraceful manner and so crudely?

"Profanity is the effort of a feeble brain to express itself lewdly!"

Where Do Each of Us Fit In

We are not given the choice during our lifetime Our path is already mapped out for each individual As hard as we try to change our path It is quite difficult or impossible to become Someone else, it is engrained in our soul A character of ill repute or a leader of a great nation Where do each of us fit in?

The Paradox

There was a poet of certain repute

Every day wrote poems that were acute

Some people liked him so much

His gift said was hard to match

But always they gave his poems the boot!*

The Black Cuillins of Skye

A fearful, jagged place
Yet wondrous to the eye.
A place for hardy mountaineers,
The Black Cuillins of Skye.

No place for the timid
Imposing in their might,
But to stand and look upon
There's ne'er a grander sight.

Interlopers amid rolling hills
A ridge of fierce repute,
Standing aloof, magnificent
They challenge rope, and boot.

BYE ERN

BYE ERN

There once was a man from Bavaria
Whose actions could not be scarier
In the woods where he lurked
And at night where he worked
It was designated as a no-go area

But at heart he was a secretive guy
Of ill repute, but couldn’t see why
All those songs that were sung
About him being well hung
From a tree in the woods so high

Blackness

The blackness chases me; relentless in its pursuit...
Like a falling wall of guilt, I could not repute...
Anxiety grips me at every turn...
I'm in an endless cave with a dark lantern...
It's like looking up from an empty grave...
Like being terrified, but acting brave...
I have thrown away all I had...
There's no returning fate; it's ironclad...

Cobbled Stones

The path to eternity
weaves and turns
As choices deceive
and judgment burns

Its labyrinth changing
and mirror lined
Voices in transit
new order unrhymed

Pursuit often folly
refusal is death
The push is internal
escaping your breath

Beginnings unending
the past in refute
Each moment unfolding
—beyond all repute

Pagan Mistress

Oh pagan mistress, your sins weighed heavy
Your conspicuous makeup masks your unsightliness
If only your admirers knew of your sins against man
They would have, long ago, cast you into the streets
Harlot, bide your time, bide your time o' woman of ill repute
Soon, your patrons will see you for who you really are
Then, the weeping and gnashing of your teeth will be

Senseless

Through the shallows,
Through the depths,
The muck and the mire,
With trembling limbs
I succor the dying,

Strip the layers naked...
A conceit of consciousness
In psychic awareness,
I repute the repudiated
Caught in a self made web
Of hubris, malevolent envy.

Wrath projected...as a
Boomerang, must return.
Ashes back to ashes is
The only transformation
Derived in sustained purgatory.

Media Control

The main stream's notice, coveting's resound,
nor look for options seemingly profound,
evil is as ~ evil does, be still around,
the same as nurturance choice concern when found!

I carry on as briskly, not refute
the day be won, my victory astute,
as knowing not, some consequence dilute,
do gather strength, from "faith", without repute?

This win, or lose ~ disfigures not MY group,
that I still hold in bearing ~ not by loot!

The Sic Venerated

If more good deeds than bad one's

Weren't to go unchecked and
rather celibrated a hole lot more

Then maybe just the holy unwashed infamous wouldn't then be venerated
half as much as they currently are

When famous those of ill repute
become then have we all indeed
not fallen victum of the virus

We live in dread and fear of being
infected with being taught neither
nor to spread yet unbeknownst to
us we pass it on regardless

Vagabond Romance

romance of a Roma waggon
tinkering around the world
dreams of blissful freedom
no possessions nothing to lose
bells and whistles violin music
horses with intricate saddles
gallivanting on free reins
crackling camp fires

before you unsettle
look around you
scapegoating and othering
xenophobic attacks
even a tramp under a bridge
has less ill repute
at least a German born hobo

last caveat
visit the museum
at Auschwitz Birkenau

Politician's Grin

when you grin widely
in the glare of publicity,

     no hint of your disdain
     the public must see,

when morsels you give
to mortals in dire need

     hoping to win their votes
     and disguise your greed;

your reputation anchored
on ill-repute does attest

to the myth of the truth
      of your being falsely honest

in your all-too-obvious
self-serving generosity,

      as you grin widely
      in the glare of publicity!

Withdrawal

Watching you go through withdrawal
Seeing you suffer like your skin crawls
Never have I been so proud
You are stronger now laying on the ground
How do you wonder as you’re in pain
But the thunder of your heart is changed
You refuse to be a house of ill repute
For drink drugs and evil spirits so loose
You have kept your word and fight each urge
To use again and fly like blue bird
Instead you bravely stay on the ground
Where flowers grass love at last are found

A Deceptive Poem

We deceive and we fib,
To fulfil a desire.
We tell ourselves
We aren’t really a liar.

We might be afraid
Of what others suspect,
Of being exposed
As mentally wrecked.

We might be afraid
Of being detected,
But every lie leaves
Us more disconnected.

From peace, trust , and friends
From people and repute.
Lies leave us aware
We are filling with guilt.

So don’t white lie, don’t fib.
Don’t deceive nor distort.
Since when all is done,
It’s to the mirror you report.

Politico's Grin

.

When you grin good
in the glare of publicity,

no hint of your dark disdain
     the masses should see

as there you dole out mere
morsels to mere mortals,

     wangling their votes, you've
     got no scrupples for morals.

But your thinly varnished
ill-repute does attest

to the myth of the truth
of your loud oaths at best.

Yet, you flaunt your self-serving
      generosity

      as you grin good
      in the glare of publicity!
