Today I’m thankful for my sight:
Blessed every morning as I rise
To be reminded of two of my most precious gifts…
when I open up my eyes
The taste of the
breeze reminded
her of happy times
millions of
years ago
when the sun
shone brightly
and her laughter
was not extinct.
Winter's cold descends
once again; now reminded,
a scent of lost skin...
within what time has distanced,
the dead, the barren, love wakes.
May we be blessed to be reminded
whenever we see snowy weather….
how no two snowflakes are the same
but
how beautifully they blend together
Time moves faster than I thought,
It was New Year and wishes flew,
Now I’m reminded it’s St. Valentine’s Day;
It seems my love for Annete’s overdue.

Tonight, I was watching the Sunset
it reminded me of the warmth of your smile,
I think I'll stay in this moment
I think I'll stay here for a while
At times sprouted,
Opened up
Pomegranates,
Reminded me
Of bosomed breasts.
Trying their way out of the shirt.
Like a caterpillar out of the cocoon.
Were you ever heavily reminded of me in this city?
Was your astral self haunting me in my most recent dreams?
Why am I remembering our life everywhere I go?
There once was an astronomer Galileo,
Who was never particularly fond of mayo.
It reminded him too much of sunscreen,
Of which he was not particularly keen.
May we be blessed when we see a luna moth or a butterfly
(at the risk of sounding lyrical)
to be reminded how life is made up
of so many tiny little miracles
today I saw
a dog
he was missing a leg
