Time wasting to much debating,
Cultures dividing people hating,
Nation crumbling Politician’s bawling.
 
Youths rampaging mothers crying,

Fathers departing children waiting,
Communities uniting parties deciding.

Quick fix job wanted education needed,
Discipline crucial apprenticeship essential,
Change necessary walls collapsing,
Growth dormant economy crying....

A magical maze of colours 
Through rustling red rampaging leaves,
Gems not found in all jewellers,
Down they dance on startled strollers;

Falling freely in the fast breeze,
Garnet gold do a pirouette,
Bare branches stick out in tall trees,

From afar, I see you.
Silently, I watch.
My  burdens are lightened
with your presence.
A jester, I become
to mask my emotions.
Darkness befalls my weary soul
when you face I do not see.
In my visions, you magically appear
fullfilling my every wish.
Never did I dare believe
you were doing the same.
Your actions mirrored my own.
Two lost souls drowning
in the rampaging waters
of lonliness and uncertainty,
rescued for our love for each other....

We are falling apart and
know it not: what succor
will there be for the blind?

So evil plays out in furtive
hit and run, slaughtering
a movie theater, killing nine
in a church, rampaging 
through a kindergarten--but
their spirits are released to a 
world devoid of evil, hate,
while their killers have sadly
murdered their own souls,
damning them to a black
tormented darkness for
God knows how long....
