White enhances black
Black calls it oppression
Black destroys white's efforts
Black calls it independence
Freedom!
Glorious freedom
The cry of the enslaved
To break the bonds of oppression
Freedom!
Oppression could be a state of tranquility
of such desires, therefore plead for a passing,
surrender & even more such love would be
Stand up, Rise up
Against The Man
Fight him to the Death
For your Freedom
The Man seems to be Power
But upon closer inspection
He is Me!
Booze I love to take to forget about them
Pain and failure make me to feel dejected
right from time I hated to see oppression
love is so treasured.
TODAY’S POLITICAL BIRTH CONTROL
They aborted love,
Defertilizing justice:
Birthing injustice:-
Oppression pregnant again:
Democracy miscarried:-
OF TODAY’S POLITICAL GARDEN
Today’s new Eden–
Apples of tribulations,
Juiced with oppression:
New sneaky snake enticing,
Wiggling his sneaky red tongue:-
Utopia Dystopia
One man’s Law and order is another man’s oppression.
For an imposed utopia is a true dystopia.

Idols
of oppression
upheld by belief
are the words
both of derangement
and of exhilaration~
these words empty
may seem a resonating
breakup of
Idols~~
Like Ninjas—brave, evasive and silent~we shall end all oppression

why must you be in fragments?
take me pl—
ease me in-
to the pangs of oppression
let me ROT
in fragments
i trust you'll be whole again
while I break
Always be calm during external fears growing, haunting inside.
Just keep living. Miracles nourish oppression. Pain quietly runs.
Survive the underestimated vices with x-rays you zenith!
The world can bring on a hell of a depression
You feel like you’re in an oppression
So I’d rather make you laugh
Even for a minute or a half
To disconnect you from realities connection
The ego plaintiff's tool ~ oppression,
lest the house be ruled by God with intercession,
the sameness ranks and duels with fool's content ~ obsession,
and heart's song ranks with fools, in its regression!
My wife came to America
glad to leave behind Soviet
oppression, communism
and state violence
Apparently
she didn’t travel far enough
Alas the day,
alas the night when the voices cease,
and the words run from the page,
when men, women, boys and girls are deprived through oppression, repression,
racism and hate,
and Ill education of an age.
Just because you support
starvation
terror
oppression
on stolen lands
is no reason
none at all
to preach to me
Keep your opinion
with you and your cult
just stay away
let the civilized be
Antigone did
That which Gods from her wanted
Bowing to no one
Freedom fighting girl
Ethic’ly responsible
A riot God sent
Freedom in God’s book
Resistance to oppression
End to slavery
Happiness, freedom and love
The optimistic vertex
Sadness, oppression and hate
The pessimistic vertex
Life is but a throw of the dice

Poetry Soup Featured Poem: September 9 2021
The jester and the poet
the last bastions to protest
oppression
neither blind nor deaf
the silence tells the story
of my disgust
you have lost my respect
one day, when is your children
do not come crying to me
Visible only
the eyes to see
where the path leads,
Buried beneath
a disguise, no
sign how the heart bleeds.
Covered from head
down to toe, a
shapeless expression,
Only obedience to know and
life of oppression.
Tell my enemies, that I feel no fear.
Tell them I was forged in oppression, watered in tears.
Molded by the bullets, that embraced my peers.
Tell them, my heart is of steel.
Tell them I am Kurdish.
Tell them, so they hear.
When we’re young and prefer sagging trousers,
we're left-wingers, we're hippies, carousers.
Then we age and grow wise,
cause our trousers to rise,
and send soldiers to shoot rabble-rousers.
We are juicy fruits,
flowing with sweet liberty;
drowning oppression:-
Nothing beats sweet love;
love’s the fruit of our spirit’s
sweet liberation:-
Bitter oppression
meets new raisins in the sun;
liberty preserved:-
We celebrate our freedom under
the gaze of our mothers who
fought through oppression,
Silently they look down
to the children they left
to inherit their legacy.
They stand between
the mountains and the sun
their glow always felt.
