Last Night

am still wet
we had great sex
i don't regret
so glad we met
it was a one shot deal
but what a meal
so glad we turn off the light
it was just right
LAST NIGHT

To Us

One shot of envy
Two shots of love
Few drops of luck
Just a hint of fear.

Pour over cubes of the past
Shake well, shake well
Top with hope
Garnish with joy.

Manic

I am running out of time.
I have one shot to make
But it is too far away
and I have few words to use.
@ what time
am I right?
@ what time
am I dumb?
@ what time
do you reap me?

The Predator

I lurk in the darkness as I wait
My victim unknowingly enters the gate
This day has been coming for so long
Only one shot, I can't get it wrong
I hear the key turn, so I start to rise
The light flicks on, And I yell "SURPRISE!"

Premium Member Cupid Aims His Arrow

Cupid aims his arrow
   Hunter with his bow
Thinks he: It's a simple matter
Of his weapon aimed just so...

Love's not such easy prey
To be captured with one shot
She demands more time, more patience
   Than any Cupid's got

Real Food

I love how real food
Actually fills you up and warms your belly.
Giving you something to work on
One shot,
And its done.
No four hour lapse in judgment
Continously putting Nabsico
In your soul
And it costs 10 times less
You can't **** with nature

You Only Live Once

one chance at life.
i cant screw this up.
only one shot.
i cant mess this up.
you only live once.
so why not have some fun?
Raised to belive,
that we're all gonna die.
you only have one life
you only live once.
one life, one chance,
only one shot.

One Shot

In spite of all your riches
you eschew what prophets do
Basilicas you build to self
with time but empty pews

Wealth deadly suicidal
when wielded as a gun
Whose target sits between your eyes
with one shot zero-sum

Attics To Kill a Mockingbird

He is not guilty,
But someone in here is
I have two kids
Sometimes acts like pigs
No violence
I love my kids, don’t touch them
Thanks for the hem
On Jem’s pants
One shot, on the spot
Never did in years, never will
As long as my kids are not around and Dill

Braver Man

He lived hard
 Lived fast
But luck was
 Rarely his
He got hurt
 Many times
And with time
 The pain grew
Till one day
 He did do
Some act I
 Could never do
Took a gun
 With one shot
Stopped the pain
 Made it end
That I could
 Never do
He was
 A braver man

One Race

The firmament above, beneath we exist,
This diversity in divine artistry
Same eyes divers sizes
Different skin same sin
Different color same honor
Same human same humor
Why try to sort out maize from corn? They are all same
Cus just one shot, your race wont spare you

Imagine This...

If you could close your eye's
shut out the world of NOW
...and you could re-discover HOW

But ,you only get one shot, one wish...

If you could leave this world
only to return,with that ONE
....one only....
what would you return with
that would give you completeness??

Jones

Begging, pleading just one prick.
Engulfing, overtaking, degrading.
Please just once,
Make that plunger plunge.
Make me throb, make me bleed,
Let my body feel relief.
Plunge it in and pull it out.
Lifes desintergration in one shot.
Roll the dice weither you like it
Or not

The Devil Laughs

An arrow from the darkness…
rejection finds its mark

The sharpened edge of jealousy,
its point straight through the heart

The bow retracts in shamefulness,
its string left slack and loose

One shot was made, a cursed fate
—the devil laughs anew

In the Black of Night

(in memory of "Black")

Another soul has left this lonely place,
A place without end,
A time that will not stand still,
With one shot
She left this world as an unknown
Just another number,
Jotted down in the book of time
And thus gone in the black of night.

Give Me

Give me that spell of love
Who only your lips knows
To speak
Give me that sparkle of moonlight
Out of your eyes
Who comes
 Out for your heart
Give me that magic
In caring you carry in hands
Give me that tenderness
And your power of love
In so rush
plunged me in miracle
That changed me in one shot

Moments

Spotter to my left, we're covered in camouflage.
Objects appear in front, some moving others mirage.
Distinguish what's real, and what image is fake.
Knowing when target approaches, the shot to take.
When decision is made, after targets been found.
One shot, one kill, target laying upon ground.

Lip Synch Misery

Two shots of rum, one shot of whiskey,
Felling kinda dumb, numb n' now im tipsy,
Headin' heaven sent, im bent like a gypsy
Oh baby please, teasin' hearts is risky.
Whoever lies, crys, dies in the mystery
of swollen sudden shock locking grace in history
Drowning out frowns before misery gets me
Two shots of rum, another of whiskey.

Premium Member Hiding In the Ferns

hiding in the ferns, slithering low
Sneaking and plotting
eyes narrow

the ferns part as she backs up
knowing she only has one shot
no dress rehearsal

unsuspecting baby frog
hops right toward her yellow eyes
not understanding when the darkness happens

the fern feels guilty
an unwilling culprit
as the snake devours her lunch
