Jesus Teaching Be Prepared
Therefore
Stay awake
For you know neither the day nor the hour [MT 25:13]
Rain in November,
Shadowless autumn light,
A gate to inbetween;
Neither morning nor evening,
Neither memory nor dream.
I'm not what you spected me to be when
I waltzed into your walkin' into my life.
Neither are you...
ya ready to fly now?

Oh
Ya
You’re

Office
Nah
You
Can’t have
My vote
Because
Neither of
You bullies
Will have it
Discriminating palates
garnish salads with shallots
But when eating croquettes
avoid mallets
I ride above the moon,
I ride above the sun;
I know neither gale nor the sun of noon,
For I ride on the wings of heaven!
A lost of temperance
Must be a waste of time
Fore neither of the same
Shall their ever be two
Separate they may seem

Astute heart,
neither stone nor water...
just one word
eternal, loving word...
without being a body,
being only soul... !
Watusis are not genetically modified organisms
neither are pygmies
~ which is the long and short of it
Two basic necessities
Two contrasting realities
Time neither pauses nor stops
Space neither alters nor moves

Beyond horizon
Do I gaze or dream?
If it is neither, I am dead!
If it is either , I am confined!
If it is both, I am alive!
A little girl that I don't see
Is always standing next to me.
Fairy, sprite, too long a shade.
Neither love nor memory fade.
Neither spouse should ever forget -
In marriage, the courting never ends

I don't always open up
I don't always close myself,
I'm neither a window nor a door...
to remain unflappable,
neither turn your face
to the left nor right...
H/T to John Lawless, A Foul Wind
most poets
neither am nor want to be
just stuck
halfway to an imagined hell
of homage to self
and lip service to the creator
Shed neither tears nor anger vent,
For as you raised her, so she went.

My heart is a machine
Cold and lifeless
You think it should love you
It doesn’t know how
Neither do I
© Poem – VII/XIX/MMXXI
I drink
myself dumb
grief is a cold rock
ice melts in a glass like stones
neither my life nor your absinthe have been neat
Gold is lovely when it glitters
Silver is beautiful when it shines
But neither can compare to the wonder
Of when you call me mine
when i'm penetrated randomly
by magic fire of creation
I neither burn nor scald
This is neither poetry, nor art,
It is not an ending or a start,
but in all sincerity, says I,
"May I have a slice of apple pie?"
I had chest pains last night,
right on the heels of severe jaw pain.
I took neither seriously,
welcoming death,
which never came.
