I need a line~
make me feel fine ~
take your time~
penetrate the walls of my mind...
Lay
The country's gone to pot
Our politics is rot
The climate is too hot
United we are not
PLAY BALL!
Take a drink
then think
Think, then
take a drink
Getting confused
on the brink
One more drink
~ doublethink
I love not
That I ought
For I sought
What I had fought.
I hate aught
That I should not
For I forgot
What I besot.
don’t call me a popinjay
makes me want to hop away
an insult every time said May
her face squished up all mean and gray
i'm a poet,don'cha no, 'course u do,give me y'r vu'
(4 phrase' rap speak ' rhyme with no title. )
Sitting by this fence...
One side life commence.
to cross wait for whence
an invitation hence;
sitting by this fence...

Spring’s moist morning leaves a chill
Rollercoaster’s falling thrill
Piercing screams sharp and shrill
Empty cars to fill
Ascension’s intentions shun descension
Extension’s prehension ~
Boldest dimensions of invention
An artistic aardvark
living in a forest dark
very quickly did embark
upon a quest on an ark
Noah gave him name of Clark.
My heart is filled with love for you
No matter what you say
No matter what you do,
Because you are
YOU.
Someone smiled at me today.
I responded with a cheery g'day.
Such simple gestures to convey,
As we both went our merry way.
God you don’t feel pain in your body
Please don’t give me pain in my body
God please give me this pride and glory!
(Amen)
G for God -
G for ganja!
G for good -
G for ganja!
G for great -
G for ganja!
G for gold -
G for ganja!
I wonder
What a stanza!
Tiny, insignificant little shrew
Spinning lies which you spew
The rubber walls are calling you
Marbles left, you have but few
We will huddle at night
Spring air out of sight
Now I will hold you tight
And love you with pure delight
Russell Sivey
Green eyes
Blue skies
White lies
Black dies
Yellow fries
Orange rise
Purple surprise
Red shies
Gray ties
Brown pies
Pink despise
I this morning in glory be!
Please don't think this simplicity;
For my darling wife made for me,
A piping hot cup of tea.
Each gesture lent
to conceal consent
if reveal intent
Look-back's lament
undetected signs went
swift fireflies senescent

on a September eve
'cause she thought it was a damn good question
The economy's gone bad
Corporate America's mad
Go back to work and be glad
