Make yourself serene
In the thought free alertness
Of reasonability and quietness
Awareness
Consciousness
Mindfulness
Existence

Let us be thoughtful
Alert and watchful
Of what is said
And left unsaid
Each silent tremor
Involuntary shiver
Embraced with love
That does us behove

The road to happiness,
Always begins in a state of mindfulness,
That leads to acts of kindness,
Never from a position of selfishness,
Deviousness,
Or by acting out of madness.
Musical mindfulness
Energy enters exits encourages
Divine dialogue
Indigo innermost journey
That teaches
And
Tailors thoughts
In every part
Of the body
Needing peach peace
Kindness blends with kindness
Anger sires anger
Mindfulness lingers with reason
Affection grows in caring and charity
Laziness retards inspiration
Abstinence dissolves patriotism...

Wander where,
The landscape’s wild
