candle flame cleansing
breath work so extraordinaire
hyper vigilance
daily mindfulness
astounding self awareness
soul finds her answers
Focus on the hear and now
Let your senses guide the flow
Mindfulness, your be-all
~ Everything you know
Safety on the bus each and every day,
Mindfulness of other drivers don't let your attention stray.
Look high and look low
Safety risk may come and go.
fools exist in thoughts~
wise enjoy each moment mindfully through senses

Be still and know
The way of flow
Silence speaks well
Where words can't tell
Joy feels each pain
Yet lives a gain

Transit in your resting
Amorphously in peace, and poise
Mindfulness and rapture
Make yourself serene
In the thought free alertness
Of reasonability and quietness
Awareness
Consciousness
Mindfulness
Existence
(Note: title should read. A.C.M.E. Inf. It says u can use punctuation in in the title box, doesn't work for me. ????)
Let us be thoughtful
Alert and watchful
Of what is said
And left unsaid
Each silent tremor
Involuntary shiver
Embraced with love
That does us behove

Kindness blends with kindness
Anger sires anger
Mindfulness lingers with reason
Affection grows in caring and charity
Laziness retards inspiration
Abstinence dissolves patriotism...
crazy breeze of change
striking water over life~
pond of mindfulness

Musical mindfulness
Energy enters exits encourages
Divine dialogue
Indigo innermost journey
That teaches
And
Tailors thoughts
In every part
Of the body
Needing peach peace
Into golden sun,
I float on seas of breathing.
I know only now.
caged and boxed
smacked into a smallish space
Confined
I am a lion
roaring loudly and clearly
In mindfulness
Praising family
for their non-interest
caged and boxed
Living full me-ness
stupor interrupts awareness
unless we practice mindfulness
attention here and now present
cognisant of the bliss current
consciousness aligned with oneness

when in mindfulness
emotion is in lock down...
logic is expressed

I like to wander,
Wander where,
The landscape’s wild
And I can breathe fresh-air,
Where the modern world
Can be kept at bay,
Where my anxiety and cares
Seem to melt away,
In fact, I think,
I think ….
I’ll stay.
Details make life beautiful
Nature knows this
The addition of a line
A contour
Or shade of colour
The bass relief of vines
Mosaic of leaves
Embroidery of flowers
The details make us slow down
Stop, really look, see
Here we are together.
Entangled and entwined.
I have my tongue inside your ear
searching for your mind.
Then sensing no resistance.
A small pressure is applied.
My tongue just slid right through your head
and out the other side.
Buddah proxy truths
malcontent self-service
mind blind consciousness
contemplative silent slopes
meditative immersion
(sati-mindfulness, self-collected essays
powers of retention. Used alone
covers alertness.)
Seek inner calm
Love's soothing balm
Let peace abide
Here by your side
Look and then see
Truth is beauty
Seek and then look
Know beyond books
Spark a fine glow
That helps you know

One, two, three, four, five.
Close eyes
Deep breath
Mind’s silent now.
One, two, three, four, five.
Open eyes
Grass
Fabric
Tree
Bird
Sour
Grounded now.
One, two, three, four, five.
Close eyes
Deep breath
Try again tomorrow.
time
somewhat like
the vinyl on a
record player
are we
the needle or
the speck
of dust
a decision
of mindfulness

His mindfulness led me
Through a labyrinthine maze
Rambling sinuous thoughts
Planted in thorny tangles
A wandering elegance
Baffling in its simplicity
Mazelike in its meanderings
A wise and twisting serpent
Entangled in the complexities
Of its naivety
My ideal mindfulness
is when my consciousness
in every moment's experience,
no matter the human occurrence,
is focused on God's loving presence.
