It came with innocence,
and kindled to flame.
A fire of elation
ecstasy
desire
that calmed my soul
in blessed sin.

Meeting Peter Cottontail,
What is on her mind?

Inspired by Kathy’s poem Peter Cottontail
Yellow eyes locking,
glares broadcasting dominance
Bodies crouch, tails flick,
as potential energy
changes to kinetic force

plenty sun light
beach is right

On my bucket list today
Many kind words to say
Cheerful greetings

My right and left detestable ribs aren’t

Less words and stop
meeting at sea
friends meeting house
yellowing pages show tithes
from decades ago
swarm of bees in the springhouse
cluster around a new post
at first glance a spark instantly ignites
their eyes meet like kissing lips;
a glorious spell cast

Champagne on the rocks to sip
Burning iceberg sparkle the red tip
Tongue lash in meeting of the lip
Restrain to know how I whip.
Being held so close,
Our lips meeting like rainbows;
Kaleidoscope Kiss.

A king is nothing,
Without a crown.
The sky, like strangers meeting,
Tense, alert, quiet.

By so lovely chance,
Meeting and seeing old friend
After two decades
Nothing has changed the same smile
What a sweet angelic man!
Dull
as a
board meeting
until he growled
“Who ripped out the fart?”
and then the room
exploded
in zany
laughs
The day of their first meeting
Was only another waking one.
But it was an affair of sight,
In that it flamed
When in the others eyes.
even as space dust
we were bound to meet,
amidst the countless stars,
searching and finding,
in our own
might-have-been
universe.
Ecstatic Hello at the meeting
apathetic looking at the disagreement
We didn't even say goodbye!
new york has it bad

new York is so sad
one step equals meeting
most will not wear mask
Her sigh, a breeze; I chase to meet
As dusk hold us, tryst is complete.
