Life is a journey,
with a destination
deeply embedded;
the smell of the roses,
all the sweeter,
if you know where you're headed.
Life is a journey of endless miles.

With footsteps that falter all the while
Mean other paths are forsaken.

Life is a journey
Rise from the fall
Dust yourself off
Drop the regrets
Pick pieces of the broken hope
Get that fist of determination
Push the door of doubt
Take that step again
It is possible!
Life is a journey to another place.
We know from whence we start
But not the destination.
It lies somewhere,
That terminus,
Within the scope of time and space,
Yet still may be,
For some of us,
Beyond the reach of our imagination.

hills and valleys are many
rough winds and rains interfere
there are many traffic jams
highway codes on roadsides
uphill, you push on- no giving up
