Premium Member An Artist's Loving Plan

Smiling down on His creation, evergreen sentries gave Him peace. Turquoise lake held the reflection of Rocky Mountains with snow’s fleece. Nature’s beauty is leased to man by an Artist with a loving plan

Heart blushes, I smile, content.
Answered prayers merit praise,
Pleased with love that's heaven-sent,
Peace-filled soul delighted stays;
Yester cares gone, God's ways amaze!

Premium Member A Fleeting Moment

I cannot thank in past tense-
     knowing care has not ceased
that this moment is not leased
But granted freely to me.

A fleeting moment already gone
     must be in my thanksgiving
     consumed, unmindful, in living.

Blankets of Doubt

Ovarian, Breast, Pancreatic, or Lung…
there’s a look that is shared the same

And staring straight into the eyes of time,
all promises gone and reclaimed

Each moment borrowed and leased from your fear,
the walls crashing one by one

Tonight no longer a sleep guaranteed
—under blankets of doubt unsung

Lord, I'M Divorcing My Past

I'm Divorcing My Past ,
Lord, I'm divorcing my pain .
I'm divorcing my doubts
all my set backs ,Lack of judgments .
The judge for all is : God .

The reward for it all is that
I got full custody of my destiny .
And full custody of my life .
God divorced me from my past
so that my future can be leased
and my destiny can be fulfilled .

Karter James

Kutie kid
A Christmas Joy
Really our baby leased for a price
Talking and crawling
Everything is new and wonderful
Relief to know you are growing and well

Justice was served
Angels are aware of your plight
Messiah, loves you from the very start
Eternal savior brought you out of harm's way
Sweet lullabye, sleep peaceful tonight

Karter is our adopted baby(My Nephew)

Premium Member Is-ness of being-ness

Having long since ceased to weigh, measure and size,
with fetters of our past having been released,
we dwell in the heart, claiming bliss as the prize,
within this body-mind, by God to us leased
and as truth of existence we realise,
we cannot deny our soul presence is pleased.
As bliss mists suffuse form, we do not resist,
centred in love’s storm, by Divine Mother kissed.

Above the Skies

Above the skies dwells One
The maker of all, the owner of all
The only when there was none
Who as vessels of clay formed all
and leased his breath to what he'd done

Above the skies dwells One
To whom our knees should wear
With kneeling time'n again
And our voices tear
With praise'n amen!

Above the skies dwells One
Above the skies indeed?
I would say He be there as here
For all is in Him
And He in all

Ruddy Beacon

Red beacon, burnished landmark

Rustic domiscile, ruddy stable

Sentinel on the scenic route

Natural redoubt with primitive clout

Wooden canvas, organic sculpture

Unvarnished facade with homespun charm

Fabricated equine loft

Habituated shelter for rodent, fowl

Free-flowing form in static realm

Leased to the fertile land you adorn

Pastoral heirloom, cherished monument

Essential dwelling, nostalgic mold

Premium Member Just Going Through a Phase

I pay no attention to sports
I turn off the weather report

        Pretty girls don’t attract me
No more do mosquitoes attack me

I read the obits and emit a long sigh
Thinking, there but for the grace of God goeth I…

A backed-up sewer full of manure
Made me gag; I was so immature

Today it bothers me not in the least
~ Life on this earth is just leased

Goliath's Stone

Downwind
of my perception
Upwind
before the fall
Immune
in my protection
From dullards
at the mall

The past
remains in focus
The future
but a myth
My words
fall out of judgment
Each phrasing
to enrich

To read
with understanding
To hear
beyond the din
To feel
beyond the senses
To love
beyond the rim

Released
without containment
On wings
not leased or loaned
Into
the inner sanctums
With time
— Goliath’s stone

Premium Member Shellys Lucky Break

Shelly had a lucky break once
She won thirty thousand dollars at a casino in Nebraska.
It was not enough.
A prime to her pump.
She has been trying to do it again for the past fifty years.

Shelly has never had enough money to buy a house.
She has never bought a car.
She lives with her daughter and her grandsons.
She leased a car for a while.
One week at a time, but she lost it.

Where did the thirty thousand dollars go?
She lost it to the casino the same week she won it.

See You Once More

P-leased to see you once more,
A-llow me to say a wish;
M-ay your birth be joyful,
E-ven if drips don't vanish.
L-et me see you once more to personally give my regard;
A-llow myself to hand you this beautiful birthday card.

D-elightful to see you once more on the eighth of October morn;
E-ven though the sun is hiding from the day that you were born.

L-et me look at your face,
E-ven at the poise you once wore;
O-pen your eyes and smile,
N-ice to see you once more.

The Street Lamp

The job is to lit in night,

From Sun,leased out the light,

Edison is the master,

Taught Lincoln, not history but how to become a history?

A philanthropist,

Giving all light free like smile,

A camera fixture along the road to capture pictures,

A wayside police always straight and alert,

Vanishing, handing over the night to the next in shift, dawning,

Rolling down the blankets mist and snow in armpits,

When the big way to open to the big boss,Sun to come on Sky!
