The rhythm of the rising sun
is a sweet song in the morn
And when that rhythm sets the sun
Luna's dulcet melody is born
a colorful sky
thickens into bursting gray---
winter's arrival

flourishing on its own

New Poem Modern Haiku
‘Tis a pity
if a wee ditty
is not clever or witty
Call on Miss Pretty
~ itty-bitty kitty
Is Chicago an holey city
Or is it a town without pity?
Kirk Douglas would know
But would he dare go
Where the bullets are itty-bitty?
Do you see itty bitty into my soul
Catch me - if I fall
Catch me - if I fall - down among the humans

With plastic chicks and eggs upon it,
She looked a beauty in her bonnet,
And so I wrote an Easter sonnet.
For Andrea’s Itty Bitty contest
A pretty girl named Mary Crary
And her sweetheart wanted to marry.
Her daddy said take her
But do not forsake her
When you find that Mary's contrary.
He said I'm sexy,
My waistline measures forty.
I think he's hungry.

A prostitute in Salt Lake City
Stood accused of flaunting her kitty
She said, "That ain't fair!
Your cop over there
First flashed me with his itty-bitty!"
My itty bitty brother Billy
Was sometimes funny sometimes silly
Tried to stand on his head
But got racked up instead
So now he has to ice his willy
Genteel Ladies are careful not to toot
While itty bitty babies laugh when they poop
Big strong men, with hand's on their hips
Lift one leg, and they just let it Rip
The Divinyls didn’t need any help
With their hit song “I Touch Myself”
Now I’ve heard they’ve been given some money
To write a new book, “Orgasms for Dummies”
9/26/12
Perseverance
(no more, no less)
The first stepping-stone
To success.

Itty bitty stink bug
Laying upon the rug
Itty bitty stink bug
No one to give a hug
Itty bity stink bug
I hate to be a thug.

Flushed without a shrug

A voice rose from a burning bush,
"O feel the contours of my tush!
Ounce for ounce
Cheeks will bounce
With just an itty-bitty push!"
Little Roo is bendin' low; body in a crouch
Just an itty bitty joey sitting in Mum's pouch
Still learning how to hop
But all he does is flop
I guess that's why he's always such a grouch
Burgundy devil doll of Dumpkins City,
You are intimidating but amazingly pretty.
We have heard that you can also be a tiny bit witty.
But we are afraid of you , me and my cat, Itty Bitty.
Pleasured, to feel life’s warm embrace.
The smile, plastered across my face,
is evidence thereof.
Anticipation fills my heart,
Knowing in my knower, what waits:
another's smile, with love!
I have been seriously working too much
With family and friends I been out of touch
My apologies to all
I wasn't having a ball
Luckily my sweet guy has been my crutch

Itsy-bitsy and itty-bitty were going to the fair.
Teeny-weeny and Mr. Leany said “we’ll meet you there.”
Had a strong drink that none of them could handle.
We had to lead them home by horse, carriage and candle.
a shooting star
streaks across the sky--
I wish for peace

Linger at the hollow of her back.
Heart fluttering in anticipation
She holds her breath.

time spent together
great love for me
itty bitty to him
he now dates only married women
my heart sealed in a jar
best friend asked if this was a drain
no drain, my dear
it’s a sewer
