ask for steel
iron will be there
like an old socket
new socket
brand new
getting used to
a God granted
steel socket
A broken angel
In a world undeserved
The iron will gone
Lost to the world
Saw the light
An ethereal sight
Standing against the world
The golden wings will rise again
A withered hand,his body frail
Where once formidable strength
had been,
He still had a cast iron will,
but there was so much
that stroke had stolen

Along the path I walk,
With a mighty iron will,
Hoping amongst all hope,
To find a golden daffodil.
Although it may be early,
I fiercly hope and pray,
That little flower I love so much,
Will appear today!
Terror unending
Bliss unendured
Iron will unbending
Love unsecured
If God be willing
Truth will be found
In some bird's bright trilling
In some bell-like sound
And if walls should crumble
And towers should fall
My heart will be found
Buried under it all
Exploding and Unloading
Ergonomics and energy are exploding,
And are all situated for an unloading;
Will occur,
Can endure,
While iron will be eroding and corroding.
James Serious Mysterious Horn
Retired Veteran and Poet
Inspired by Bill Nye Science Guy
and his book, "Undeniable."
Furnances, cast-iron, will wrought a deadly terrain;
The mulling of our spirit has
Juggled words of gods out of our mouths
While we hide like moths,
Thus life begins an affair with a new universe
Where furnances are allowed
To crawl the garden grounds
as our hearts watch
Aflame with plummage.
Pride wiil not share or ever hide
We drink it young in mother's milk
And eats within and lives a lie,
'Neath a stubborn mask of iron will;
It admits no wrong or mistake,
Heeds no advice an with ill grace
Pretends excuse with sacrifice;
This fragile skin,false covering
Insecurity's low self worth,
Dies its death,orphaned and alone.
The day was killed
diving in the books.
A lamb was dyed to
please the race.
You gambled for water
huddled in eyes.
I wanted to scatter the pearls
on cheeks.
Drenched in gasoline you
tried to send the message.
A flame was ready to
light the dark.
Margarine had the lustre
but was not a gold.
A red hot iron will
tell you the same.
Satish Verma
One summer hot,
clear day,
It was time to deal with dirty laundry.
In silence,
with a countenance of stone,
unrevealing deep emotions,
things of necessity were done.
She hung bleached-white sheets
out on the line to dry,
then, turning to him,
her iron will broke,
storm clouds rose,
her eyes accused,
yet, all she could say was;
“Don’t leave.”
Here we go men! Into the valiant fight!
Where men become men and cowards flee our sight!
Iron will clang and feet will race;
As bullets are thrown at a frightening pace!
Men will be thrown and cries will be heard –
As we fly our way through the smoke like a bird.
But in the end we shall acquire our victory;
And together we’ll go down in the great epic of history!
Sizzling bacon on grill
Aroma is mouth watering
Forget about that iron will
Think of it without drooling
Smell the wonderful fresh roll
spread with butter what a treat
Waistline may take its toll
But the pleasure you cant beat
Fresh buttered roll, filled with bacon
Brown sauce as well oh yummy
Some people like an egg within
Anticipation is a rumbling tummy
Eat and Enjoy
Dedication
Perseverance of the intense bees;
and iron-will of the frisky spider,
Tiny self disciplined ants queue up;
ascend cliffs in endeavour,
Subtle Moth embraces flame;
while robust win the muscle game,
Passion at borders sets ablaze;
high heaps of enemies at the gate,
Dedicated heroes of war return;
as twenty-one cannons decorate.

Dumbells and Barbells

Pain and Gain
Results will show and remain
The mirror will show the proof through the efforts
Your clothes might become loose
Body Chemistry in effect
The better you
Exercise in follow through
This is what pumping iron is all about
You probably doubt
Pumping iron will work it out.
BROTHER JACK
Just and passionate
A true outdoorsman year around
Cannot change his iron will—it’s like a force of nature
Kinsmen treasure his stalwart company and joy of cooking
Big man with grace in strength
Roars the engine when he waits too long
Only reads in the dead of night
Takes kids out to ski without a grumble
Holds a glass each day to toast the dusk
Escapes the winter to fish the Gulf Coast
Rigs up shelters for wandering bluebirds
Within her eyes, I see myself there
That youthful self with golden hair
Strong and ambitious and oh so young
Climbing my ladder rung by rung
The funny thing is I see her too
That image of perfection I did woo
Yet these eyes they see her still
Spirited and lovely with iron will
The years can't fade the love we cherish
A flower suspended that never can perish
I love this woman, I share with you my truth
We ride waves of forever and eternal youth.
I am like an oak, she had often told us.
I will never bend to anyone’s will, especially not his.
He was her captor, so she decided to bend.
Like a willow, to survive.
By the time she was finished
she was a dandelion, and all of her determined pieces had blown away.
What was left standing was not powerful enough for tea.
The oak with the iron will was no more.
The rest of us had been mere acorns.
We had no aspirations now
except to survive our captors.
oligarchy reigns supreme
enslaves the masses poor
the corpses queue in single file
by score and score and score
Gehennas gates of tyranny
scream and bark again
And once inside the truth revealed
the iron will not bend
the Monarchs and the Kings, rotund
gather for the feast
and glut themselves upon the flesh
of the burden bearing beasts
Satiated, smiling
they lick their digits clean
and pizzle whip thier concubines
their slaves and diamond queans
Form:
Whammer, jammer, ball peen hammer
angry clamor, makes me stammer
outside, inside, up and down
fake a smile and make a frown
ram it, lam it, ding dong damn it
jamb the door and loudly slam it
beat it hard and beat it fast
beat it like it like you beat the past
rip it, screw it, get down to it
bite it, chew it, tear right through it
leave it bleeding, leave it there
on the floor without a care
beating slow, but beating still
my feeble heart, my iron will
A mysterious guy
who was devilishly gifted
wore a healer's dress
like a clergyman
kind of wolf in sheep's clothing
but his eyes bared another ego
he crept into women's hearts
and strangled their resistance
with fervent thrusts
untill the souls were slashed
a cemetry of trophies
he bent men's iron will
and got what he wanted
and finally his manhood
made the queen whisper
his wishes to her husband
he changed the course of
country's destiny.
