“when that that never was dies ~
pristine soul climbs to new highs”

who is it
that inquires
what is truth

the seeker
who so seeks
must first die

to be free
just stop thought
forever

Call To Arms
Unite in the fight against Islamic terrorism,
Shun your religious friend who inquires to much;
There is no other way to ensure,
The extermination of terrorism’s flame,
That blazes in the hearts of the Jesus people,
In the minds of Buddhists, Hindus and Muslims,
When they just get you in the wrong for nothing....

Comes the time when freedom expires The gathering need of a patriotic cabal One chancing upon such surely inquires In time meaningful writing on the wall Utmost secrecy Freedom Pub requires.

Cameron Laterre
"what is love?"Asked my young brother
"well, thats a good question...If it is real, it is what you live for"
"whoa!" he says, "Where can I find love?"
"Deep in your heart." I say
"How?" he inquires
"When the time is right, you just fall in love, I guess..."
"Does falling hurt?" he innocently asks
"No, Of course not. getting back up, that's a different story"

A Closer Look
Rags and cloth alike
Cover thy skin
Bare skin, bare emotions
Essence of strength
Thick and thin circumstances
Never inquires, Never contemplates;
Society abandons, morals unjust.
Abundance of courage, of faith
Seething through pores, writhing through veins
Heart like gold, his aurora shines
Colors of livelihood filter, intertwine
Light shimmers in
Dark layers out
The horizon is beautiful....

Lotus Blossom I
She inquires with her utmost deep thoughts of passion.Surrounded by the murky waters
the lotus blossom continues to thrive in unconditional circumstances. While the mating
dance calls and beckons the desiring flames of passion thrusts and yearns at her pedals.
Delighted floating down the stream of life. She finds her soul mate she is to be his wife
The lotus has blossomed she has bloomed...

As a Child I Grieve
Softly, silently as a child I grieve, for the touch of my beloved unrequited love, for the laughter of my children distant, for when nights are ambushed by the coldness of quiet rooms, when the estasy of every memory inquires of my loneliness, when the absence of touch chills me to the bone, when there is no pillow to rest my sorrows upon, when mornings arise and I find my arms around a stranger,I softly, silently grieve as if a child....

Towards Newness
The Tiger Lily is gently removed from the lounge
so it wont ever come in contact with the cats fur
My visitor asks for Steppenwolf on the player
The song "Tenderness" has reticence
Its hard to know if we are romantically involved
having never kissed
Perhaps we share too much intelligence on one another
the quiet detective work overplayed !
We agree the floorboards creak
they may need replacing
She inquires if the boiler needs replacing too...

Self-Inquiry..
"Not this..Not this"
That old-timey formula to find
One's true self..then updated:
Not nothing..not everything
A viral communique..then
This news flash:
Not-even-nothing..not-even-everything..
All of these "Nots" left the self
Bruised but resilient..still standing..
Yet..
This obscure notice could always be
Found buried in the Obituaries:
The self inquires..the self is inquiry
Freedom is already as inquiry dies..
Apparently......

Premium Member What Direction Is Hell
What direction is hell, cuz I’m gonna bail
I know it may not be well but there’s not a plan
That U could sell to make me possibly stay
Not one thing that could make my decision sway
Either way, I am tired of being asked and if I’ll stay
It’s not like many inquires are headed my way

Can’t change a mind that keeps gettin spun every second
Don’t ask, answer my question, everything is an endless trail
Leading to nothing but another burning cell, maybe this is hell...

Premium Member Sunless Days
Listen to poem:
The clouds have their day
to release what’s pent within
no longer able to hold the mask
of sunny days meant to last

the halcyon all pursue
a status quo for the abused
idyllic for the quick glimpse
when inquires seek portends

even as the coming storm
gathers round behind the smile
heavy with the unresolved
echoes of the saddest times

soon to drench the frowning crowds
scurrying to answer shelter’s prompt
away from those who can't escape
the overcast of sunless days....
