It plays on the abandoned mind,
Infiltrating the system.
It tiptoes in and catches by surprise the wounded soul.
It is the ocean which steers its waves against an empty shore.

And alone I stand, brisk wind too weak to penetrate the cold which lies inside…
And before me I see Life itself- a carpet rolling towards a faded distance of sea;
