in one heart's haven
nature rests eternally...
God's grace in whispers

The feel of your breath
gently caressing my brow,
Entwined in our sleep.
The haven of your strong arms
comforting and protecting.
Hum me a song to sleep,
Veil me from this world's deceit,
Soothe me as I weep,
Tuck me in with great discreet,
Save me in this woe so deep.
Shutting out the world,
My home is my safe haven.
Bare feet and blue jeans,
Hair caught up in a ponytail.
Here I please only myself.
Wings repose in their branches, breathtaking
O x y g e n a t e d w o n d e r s —
Fresh army of angels.

Oftentimes I prefer being alone.
The world seems a cold & bitter place.
I'm best inside my sanctuary.

I wish you
Crackdown.
No more
Safe haven
For you.
The ball is
Now at you.
Tell openly
You want
Terror
Or talk!
Nothing is
Pretty good.
Crackdown
I wish you.
There once was a short man from New Haven
with collection of stamps he’d been sav’en
He put out on display
Neighbor's goat came his way
and chewed up stamps with much misbehav’en
In this tangled web of chaos,
trying to untangle my being
of this spider's lacework;
if my soul will just assent
to a haven of order.

All consuming
a frame of mind
a place of peace:
simple love
assured
tender
guileless
welcomed with open
arms;
gestates,then
stimulates
love's holy grail...
...faithfulness
SCHOOL
learners'
sweet abode
from peers and teachers
life skills kids do imbibe
to traverse around the world
"pupils' transformative haven"

how i miss
the dark calm
of our hideout
where we would
share our secrets
and feel safe
time stood still
in our cocoon
where life seemed
simpler

Poets,
poems,
are birds that seek
spaces to rest ...
The beloved heart
it's a safe haven,
an airport,
an airfield
for poetry
(love)
land... !
Overwhelming desires
Occasional oaths, vows
Offerings, gentle grace
Openly giving, truths
Obedient to God,
Observing His laws, words
Omnipresent light, love
House of power power of life
Invited essence self-sustaining
Sessions deployed missions granted
Haven's heaven newly planted

tree
woodlands
forest fair
enticing winds
nurturing mushrooms
stalwart soldiers of peace
surrounded by violets
my haven my safety my joy
nirvana, Shangri-la loveliness
I hug my favorite, a big white oak
The abyss yawns and gapes,
Inside the blurry shapes
Of demons writhe and roll
And dance, upon your soul.
Beyond the inky space
Of Hell, there looms a space
Of silver stars, and blue
For you to stagger to.
Solitude value
Depends on one’s self only
Prison, heaven, hell
It may be sanctuary,
As we ourselves make it up.

Where oh where is Jesus in my hour of prayer
Dear God I long for thee
My haven of rest
To be ever blessed
In the hour of rest
My haven of hope
What wonderous arms of love and rest
Will I pass the test
Oh haven of rest
Shut the hell up
And let heaven talk.
Tie the hell up
And let the heaven walk.
When the hell mocks
Let the Heavens rock.
Hold off the hell
And flow with heaven.
Be free from the spell
And feel safe in the haven.
I saw her beauty standing there
In her cherry brick made house..
Strolling up as asking for a light
Arranging my blouse amid hope
She might like, what she finds ?
Thirty-sevens adjusting my skirt
Swaying my hips wetting my lips.
There is a place
To meet your face
Watch that still space
Apt as a quest
That sparks from zest
Dwell on clear fest
Spark feeling fond
As moments spawn
A deeper dawn

Seek just to know
How cheer now grows
With feel you grow
Live vivid light
With eyes that sight
The path of flight
Know that you know
The way that shows
A profound glow

Over pelagic reefs,
oscillating waters
obfuscate sunken fetes.
Octopi tango while
oarfish flash titian fins.
Opulent paradise:
oblivious to us.
