Love so strong
it sounds
a song
Breath so weak
can barely speak
Fear all around
I tumble to
the ground
Moonlight over
The frozen ground
Reveals dried grass
Whose movements
Give away
A breath of wind
As it whispers
On its way
i adnit this
the ground i kiss
you had me by the fist
lot things i miss
i miss it all too
I WAS
BEEN A FOOL FOR YOU

Rain dripping, dropping down
Water splashing, muddy ground
We're slipping, sloshing round
Rain dripping, dropping down
Your counter is my hunting ground
But you get mad and pull me down.
Try leaving that baloney out again.
chirping all around
the hummingbirds stand their ground
in flight with their sound

Rough rains
bounce off
the hardened

Beyond bare
trees-
empty
of leaves,
no bluebirds
can be found
that day it came down
it was the on ground

Picking the cherry stems to eat
Viewing the monkeys running round
The small things in life
Feeling caldo on this ground
leaves drift to the ground,
red and gold litter the street,
as ghouls come out to play,
one night a year;
All Hallows Eve!
stop laying round
get off the ground
don't be people clown
yes life ruff
and its tough
and lots of bad stuff

GROW UP
I love the falling rain
How it makes that soothing sound

As its falling on the ground

Lord, please
Wrap your
Sacred wind
Around thy soul
Carve this space
For me in time
Uplift me
To this

RAIN AND THE WIND
Twilight makes a sorrowed ground
In her dark is where I'm found
Here I be his final shadow
Growing but dying this I know
Rain cry
From the sky
Tearfully
To the ground
From above
So high
Crying thunder
Drips run down
One after the other
Howling Wilderness
windswept
bleak treeless plain
white blanketed mountains
permafrost hardened ground, I am
alone
Fireflies
Like stars, fireflies yearn to shine
and match their beauty,
but kiss the ground awhile.
the empty bird’s nest
fell neatly upon the ground
after life began

Rolling there on the ground
Petrol soaked a burning man
I couldn’t whisper a sound
Him there suffering my voyeurs death
Form:
Something
to hang
my hat on
but the square peg
in the round hole
leaves the peg
and my poems
trampled
on the ground.
fertile mother earth
cradles inanimate life
'til heat arouses
unfurling delicate limbs
straining to touch golden warmth
