Faeries with wide open angry gapping gums on moonbeams.
Dropping ugly impacted wisdom teeth in clean mountain streams.
Faeries making fun of my teeth, laugh from high up sunbeams.
Is my dentist sending me subliminal ideas in my nightmarish dreams?...

An inner strength builds inside, it fills my empty soul,

The encompassing love present when my life was askew,

Needing a reason to get up every morning was my goal,

Narrow access

One misstep
And fatality swallows you whole

in gnarled tree trunks
with gapping maw
Munch’s scream saw.

Faces everywhere
snarling faces
with frightening frowns
from hummocks in the ground.

Furrowed brows
All seeing eyes
untidy drool
fermenting anger Nature’s pool.

Who’s alone?
Not eye?
Who thinks they’re alone 
under the sky?

Can’t you see?
Don’t you know?
Each objects spirit is etched
Just so....

as the world sits on my chest
wearing his mustache among hawaiian islands

and I'm not breathing

a heavy finger prods my cheek
"you are SAD" through gapping teeth

and I obey
and I am shameless
and I surrender

like a woman in colorless film
i am fatefully tied to train tracks
come one, come all
come run me over

for no one can tell
i can't get up myself

my knees have caved in
my blood is not flowing
my light is fading
