She wears the night sky on her face
Constellations for her freckles
And wisps of shooting stars hang
Forever falling from her ears.
Freckly freckled face
Freckling facial features form
Featuring freckles

Ginger Hair
Poor old Joe, It's just not fair,
Born with thick Ginger hair.
Kids are cruel, shout out heckles,
Poor old Joe Ginger hair and Freckles.
Daisies in her hair
And freckles on her cheeks
Dressed in gingham
An old-fashioned girl
Innocent and fun-loving
Enjoying her day
Learning to sew
With grandma
Ask yer mother for sixpence,
to see the Jerry Giraffe,
freckles on his eyebrows,
and big ones on his, Ask
yer momma for sixpence
...by dunno whozit 1950
Her hair flows smoothly
It’s red as the morning sky
Her eyes are so green
There’s freckles on her kind face
Looking unique, she’s gorgeous

Made in the Shade
Ruby Begonia sits in seaside shade
Reading a book and sipping lemonade
Slathers on sunscreen
Her freckles unseen
Miss Ruby won't join the "Nude Beach" parade.
I have a best friend
A look alike
An admirer
She has my face
Her freckles, her laugh, her mannerisms are also mine.
People asked me what having an identical twin feels like.
It feels like love, I say.

Pin board notice marks,
staple like wrinkles
against those pale freckles.
I wish you'd know
where to go.
One day you will be the wind.
YOU WILL NOT HURT ME
HOW DO I KNOW THIS
BECAUSE YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL
BECAUSE I MAKE YOU SMILE
BECAUSE YOU LOVE ME
BECAUSE I LOVE YOU BACK
BECAUSE I AM BOLD
AND BECAUSE YOU LOVE THE WAY I SAY
YOU GOT FRECKLES ACROSS YOUR NOSE
Form:
If I could put together
All the little broken pieces of everyone else,
I would make space for her at my table
And count the freckles on her shoulders
What lies you must have seen,
I would say,
Sit a while and tell them to me
my skin is crazed with freckles
age spots we call them at my age
when I was ten they were unwelcome
popping up all over my nose and cheeks like daisies
too many to count now
with amazement I stare at my hands
remembering grandma

Hamlet Place, ACT
Green freckles and fresh sunshine beams
followed her to Lah Lah Land.
Puppy dog tails were close behind,
meowing and smirking,
Flying pigs rolled their eyes
but joined the parade.
She was the Pied Piper of Whimsy
So it was no surprise…
weird Gallagher couple was so intertwined, my dear friends
we could not tell where one started or the other one ends.
their faces were entangled, their freckles and noses in a blur.
to distinguish who is who, a nuclear bomb would have had to occur.
Molly
oh man your tan is so grand
your freckles make you look so unique
i hear your voice makes my heart skip a beat
your blood quenches my thrist
your skin as smooth as silk
your pirceing eyes burn right though me
i'll be your hammer you'll be my nail
Form:
She asked me how much I loved her
So I started to count
She asked me what I was counting
So I said the units would mount
She asked me the worth of each unit
So I said a million pounds
She asked me what I was counting
So I said the freckles she has
eyes
green like forests
hair
so light
touched by the suns warmth
cheeks
covered in freckles
angel kisses
lips
kissed by pink roses
voice
stolen from angels
beautiful
quiet
hands
soft and gentle inside mine
delicate innocent
never letting go
only in my dreams
Afternoon, the sun is hot
Freckles and sun burns, I've got a lot
Reminding me of sunny days
I used to write under sun's rays
The memories on my skin
Of sunny places that I have been
Freckles and sun burns they play
The memories of my yesterday
You are the poem,
you dwell inside the letters.
Apostrophes like freckles,
smile lines like parentheses.
It may be me that scribes the poem,
that finds the words and braids
them together, it may be me
that pens the poem,
but you, you my love, are one
Oh my!
How high
Can a butterfly fly?
It can fly
Very high
In the sky.
And, who knows?
I suppose,
If a butterfly chose,
It could light on a daisy--
It could light on a rose.
And, if you stand very still,
It could even light
On the freckles of your nose.

Orange mid-October freckles blemish the trees,
while Jack Frost etches abstracts on cold window panes.
And cinnamon-colored leaves fall with each brisk breeze
as Winter subtly approaches, and Summer strains
to maintain green canopies till November's freeze.
A Patch of Blue
When raindrops speckle sidewalks and make the puddles gaily dance;
When highways glisten with freckles of sunshine and umbrellas dot the gloom;
When trees bow down to storm winds and rainbows dance on roofs
I embrace the earth so clean and walk beneath a patch of blue.
A quiet almost abrupt person
Believes in heaven and eternity
Culverhouse, cuddly cheer giver
Dang dandy Doris
Enjoys food rich and sweet
Funny in a dry sort of way
Girl in my mind freckles and bangs
Handy and loves to learn

thanks for the inspiration!!
Sundance kid standing astride the darkened clouds
Freckles palling her lineless face,
She is a hero, in her cranium the goddess bows.
Down on earth she is out of place,
The clouds are standardized above our heads,
You think you feel and love but she
Will keep smiling
Till your grey in the face.
