Made in the Shade Ruby Begonia sits in seaside shade Reading a book and sipping lemonade Slathers on sunscreen Her freckles unseen Miss Ruby won't join the "Nude Beach" parade.

I went to the beach yesterday for the first time this year. Loved it! Came home smelling like salty seawater, sunscreen, sandy skin, and sunshine. Thanks for the fun limerick, I'm with Ruby - no parades!

Great limerick, Sam! I don't blame her. A sunburn on certain body parts is quite painful. I speak from experience, but mine was from a tanning bed. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it...lol. Thanks for the laugh. Rhonda xx
