A Trump Escapade
A Trump Escapade
Have you heard about a Trump escapade?
About the women he liked and also laid
Was abusing and at times being brutal
And attempts to stop him were futile
All of his actions should be forbade.

Divine Strength
My divine strength, shield my dismay
Exult holly swiftness
Yield not to dull gloomy betray
Creed gapes at lavishness
Yield the boon, not the bad
Dark source upward forbade
Let not soul dwells in cad
Lift lush roots faith
My divine strength...

Between the Lines
Class they call it!
Always an obstruction
As I fly to reach the skies.
Class they call it!
Forbade me from loving
The stars
Because I am a child of the sands.
I would soar high
Till I reach the skies
Even if it means
A broken wing
For I can read between the lines....

I do not know?
Beauty of Light
We jumped for joy in the twilight as the suns fragile rays crept
Along the ground towards us
We pursued the light and forbade the darkness
For fear of the dark and unknown laid dormant inside us
Ready to explode at the smallest sliver of darkness
We ran from dark and embraced the light....

How To Say
There my pen upon the table
There my story held within
Not to tell, nor to be able
How to say, how to begin
Silence to implore the din
Courage alas dismayed
For now this place I’m in
With time for me forbade
Content will you be?
These moments with me to share
This silence here with me
And imagine that I wrote it there...

Beyond the Grave
I get along with
my father now,
better than when he was alive
The walls have dismantled,
the barriers down,
a clear vision to inside
The excuses we made,
a pride that forbade,
here buried in the ground
As our spirits conjoin
to sail on the wind
—each other we have found
(Villanova Pennsylvania: September, 2020)...

Lamentation of a Lost Heart
The moon had risen its light
Into my bosom taking a flight.
Lofted from pedestal, arise
from this life's caprice
so delight
still but cries.
Life's mortality lowed, renounce
Its memories; never pronounce
The blades, the grass forbade.
Yet the cup of mad,
the death, announce:
Love is bad.
If you yourself, befall;
Then you yourself, a fool....

Table Talks
Routine raindrops gleaned from our dining den
watered well the roots of cordial conversation -
table talks in our Kansas kitchen.
Stems sprouted with buds of daily dialogue
family folklore… nightly news.
Mom firmly forbade motormouth magpies;
we country kids flowered with vocal verve.

Silent Rage
I walk in fields of nature’s stage
I adore what life surrounds
While deep within this silent rage
There a roaring seashore pounds
Hiding here I close my eyes
And dream of dreams forbade
I stay clothed in some disguise
While I play in life’s charade
Where is this place this path
Away from such a raging sea
To escape this cruel wrath
And bring peace inside of me?...

A Sore Loser
(This is a fictional poem)
When I was a child, I wasn't a good sport at losing.
I took a bat to the winning team and I gave them a good bruising.
The coach was so mad that he took a swing at me but I ducked.
I then hit him in the crotch with the bat and he was out of luck.
I would get pretty sore when I didn't win.
From that day on I was forbade from playing baseball again....

Lover In Armor
A question unanswered,
a wish unfulfilled
A moment left fleeting,
to wander until
A maiden unmarried,
a tryst never made
A lover in armor,
a husband forbade
A day left to dwindle,
the twilight to roam
A promise indentured,
enslaved and alone
A question unanswered,
a wish unfulfilled
A moment left fleeting
—to wander until
(Villanova Pennsylvania: April, 2020)...

Keepsake
Remember me
Not as I am
But how I used to be
Don't be afraid
To say my name
For you it's not forbade
Hate me not
I did not leave you
Please save me a spot
On the court
Or on the field
I'll be with you in your heart

What If It Rains Here
When
the grey sky was
about to drip,
salty liquid
shimmered down your cheeks,
but I forbade it.
Three days passed on,
the teasing of the clouds
did not stop.
Thin rain spraying
from the top,
powdery as snow-
refreshing and cold.
When
life broke your limits
and dreams,
you just wanted to
stand in the rain
and be cleaned.
And that's when I
finally understood
the words you
said to me....

The British Crusade That Ended Slavery
From the beginning through all of our ancient civilisations slavery was an aspect
Until the arise of the irresistible force which removed this unmovable object
For in 1066 the law of the land, the England, forbade the ownership of man
Blockades of the Union Jack’s command
And today in this freedom we all stand.
Authors Note: Because Britain went after the impossible and people have no idea it happened....

Random Unpredictable Me
I am the memory that you cannot slip,
I am the smile that you cannot flip.
I am the shade that you cannot forbade,
I am the fire that cannot be laid.
Twirling through the train of thoughts,
You will find me in every cross and noughts.
Run as you might or wade away,
You will find me in every path you foray.
You see me in the shining sun,
You feel me in the soothing moon.
I am a memory that you cannot slip,
I am the smile that you cannot flip....

Eve
Eve ate the sweet, Forbidden Fruit;
Almighty God forbade her to.
That asp, the Devil, was the root;
had caused mankind's corrupt debut.
The Serpent's vile, malicious tongue
led her to crave the 'Knowledge' gift.
Upon its promise, Eve had clung-
from Garden's haven, she would drift.
Forbidden Apple- she did eat;
her husband, Adam, took his share.
To grasp God's power- chose defeat-
and quickly joined her in the snare.

Rage
Existing blissfully numb and free
Embracing the rage inside me
Wrongs are right when you see one side
Self-destruction has been one smooth ride
The boat encumbered by his own masses
The phoenix drowning in his own ashes
The hero being stabbed with his own blade
Living each day to do what’s been forbade
Yearning for success and not serenity
Future of greatness yet bitter identity
Reborn amidst an angel of serendipity
Moved me to be the man I longed to be...

Sun
Smoking spitter,
Hell is where is holiday,
We watch you stare us down,
Falling, but held in heaven's black old town,
Son of no father,
Father of everyone,
Is your kind of fire in my kind of heart?,
We are all born blind,
So do we all shine from the start?,
Sitting between the shine and shade,
Am I the "We" that you forbade?,
Watching you stare down,
Falling...
Still in heaven's black old town,
We just wait... for heaven's sundown,
We, as babies on the ground...

Corporations of Chemistry
-CORPORATE CHEMISTRY-
They are with us here today
These children of Dr Mengelè
Who hides away the answer?
Who would cover up the cause?
When we seek the cure for cancer
They forbade it in the laws
Long have they kept it hidden thus
The cause of it comes from microwave
The cure in the oil of Cannabis
Who decrees the truth as libel
But we found it in the Bible
They manufacture harmless vitamins
Before it -Zyklon-B
Youre not supposed to smoke the shit
You might get THC...

Wales Is Grape
Wales is Grape
[Enter the 'Wales' Poetry Contest]
[Done to the Methodist Hymn, "How Great Thou Art"]
Wales to me is ...
Oh he was born, in Glastonbury, England
fermentation of grape juice he hath made
no alcohol shall be used for communion.
Thomas Welch, Methodist minister forbade
Then sings my soul, for peanuts and jelly
How great thou art, how great thou art
Then sings my soul, despite his dentistry
England is not Wales but not apart.
