These are not donations
But only my frustrations
From working all workstations
Yet no compensations
For Calais formations
From all my creations
Confrontations leads
To my deviations
Exclamations
In need a vacation
I feel vibrations
Cause my expectations
Is I meet expectations...

Even at the age of three years old
her eyes held promise of a poetic
soul in her amazing observations;
in her delighted exclamations of
the wonders of nature, astounding
her grandmother by saying "OMG, look
how the water sparkles in the creek!"

Sounds of laughter from across the way
Another victory celebration under the stars,
I hear the lovely exclamations of jubilation
My neighbors certainly know how to play.

I could be perturbed by the noise, I suppose,
Or, angrily, even raise a ruckus of my own
But, had I been invited to share in the revelry,
I fear I wouldn’t have had the proper clothes.

Friend Gone Missing

I really am in stupefaction,
As to what tore us asunder.
These Hallmark cards, once a year
Infuriate me,
More than the coldest glacial thunder.

With loving exclamations of BFF
proclamations,
Just stop your justifications!
Sadly, I must admit, technology affected
you with a humongous hit.
If I could, I'd crush your devices into
An overcrowded anti-social exhibit!

Fragrant flower, Jasmine infused,

the evening breathes comic book laughter,

colors white and green and yellow.

Our heroes, our saviors in bold of

twilight blue and mud red ocher.

Perfume fingers stretch forth on evening breeze

searching for that champion

only to find, beneath primary hues,

a miriad of diffuse pastel hides

beneath balloon exclamations,

our vain attempt to save us from ourselves.

' Brasil Brazil
Brazil, Brazil...
     It's no only Pele, coffee,
     or wonder beans...
It's not true that you are
     only that ...
     It's not just corruption...
     Just interjection, exclamations
     and ions... Petro oil and
     Monthly. wage.. too...!
you are water and car wash...!
But, oh mother, you are further more than that...!
You are a manly country... and
a child of yours does not runs away
     to fight... fight BRAZIL...!...

The Seconds grew impatient
   As Anticipation aimed its dart
Hope sat erect at the table
   Compliments practiced their parts

Breaths were held as the Chef pirouetted
The Piece de resistance proudly poised
Triumph on a smooth, sleek glass surface
To the accompaniment of Merriment's noise

Paradise was but a dimly lit candle
Beside the Pheasant's brilliant blue flame
Exclamations burst forth midst salivation
The Proud Bird had earned Highbrow acclaim...

Weather Its Questions Or Exclamations
These damn winds, they blow so strong!
Will it be all summer long?
The cursed rain, it lashes, oh so fast!
How long can this massive downpour last?
The sun, it hides behind a cloud!
Why do you wear this foggy shroud?
These dark skies...so grey, i'd rather blue!
Will the sunshine ever make it's way through?
Sun, come back, where you belong!
Where, oh where, has the fair weather gone?
What a humdrum wipeout of a summer!
Is there anyone who can call a cosmic plumber?

Listen to poem:
Memories come rushing back
of the friends once forgot
in the mists of living angst
behind the veil of private death

the exclamations that surprise
distant echoes of the past
breaking walls built with lies
that no one cares for this life

one or another is enough
the darkness broke by a light
lit from above to reveal
what came before the misery

a recollection that does not care
for the darkness left behind
asking for a smile to spring
when reminded what life brings....

Denominator
Behold the bold denominator!
extraordinary matters level off
and find the lowest trough;
so-called experts mingle
as they winnow fact from fluff.

Prophets' exclamations gone to dust,
totems crumble, metals turn to rust,
we try for clarity, a bitter pill
for those who trick with ambiguity,
and cause the truth to spill.

Avoid inaccuracies,
seek and hold a firm foundation,
exercise your p's and q's,
then will excellence be won,
the goal of true communication....
