Telltale Signs

Spacetime but emergent,
the string on nature’s kite

Reeling in a looming giant
—beyond both day and night

Haiku Moments

Spring in a bud
Emergent zest;
Rain drops

Touch of ecstasy;
Spring time melody
Calm harmony

Touching feel
Beyond strange;
Spring excursion

First Light

Skyline amber rays,

                                            emergent luster array.

                                             Polished aqua gleams.

Freud Vs Jung

I used to think
something came from

down the great tube of body and brain.
I thought I saw a light.

But I'm grown less certain.
I now think it all comes

from this tiny Earth,
emergent detail. Memory

is all that's left
of mystery.

Emergent

Quatrain #25:
EMERGENT

Words shape the gaze of thoughts that surge,
Voice weaves the maze of vivid urge;
Poise frees the craze where echoes flood,
Buzz thrills the daze that hurl and merge.

Forlorn At Heaven's Gate

their rocket
flight
of blood
ooze of human
dung
of streams of new
generations
emergent new skies
of threats
counterpoints
cata-combs -
the skulls
everywhere!
like the heralds
of the apocalypse
stars are no more
values are gone
with the winds
of disjointed
times!

Egg Story

Emergent of life
God's glory protein, souped gold
Gave excess of joy

Example, me, exults
Gratitude of existence
Grasping given grace

Earth's replete to tell
Golden centered origin
Grand umbilical

Excite me to love
Garnish blessings with pure praise
Good eggs make true saints.

A Blue Dawn

If consciousness is emergent,
where is it emerging from

The dualists say… the naturalists say…
but answers just won’t come

As the blue hour seeds the dawn,
before the new arriving sun

One question hard, the self must ask
—how consciousness becomes

New Age Dynamics 7

NEW AGE DYNAMICS 7

New ways for new ideas
Emerging and emergent
Upon these lovely shores
Everywhere with abundance
Where the question is
The answer in a cocoon
In-sync with possibility
And no one is left behind
In the grand scheme of things

Silhouette 4, Panacea

SILHOUETTE (4/23) — PANACEA

Feelings unwrap
Emotional flood tide;
Emergent light

~~~~~
Be true
Feel calm cue
Hear soul speak
Touch that peak
Live now meek
Here I style
A profound smile
In calm worthwhile
For now I know
A deeper flow
Emergent
Enter and see,
Miracle here;
Explore and be,
Reach lasting cheer;
Grace comes to free,
End waves of pain:
Notice this sea,
Troubles that stain;
Realise clear light,
Emerge with bliss;
Align heart's sight,
See beyond these;
Observe the way,
Now live fond stay.
Emergent
Splurge of colours
Sparkle in the clouds
Sun in brilliant radiance
Start of sure light
Sensorial rapture
Streams of heaven here
See the emergent
Sunshine sensations
Sun beams energising
Sense a sudden surge
Smiles that style scenes
Surround simple stance
Emergent light
The rain falls in a cascade,
myriad droplets dancing—
a lilt of rain slithers,
serpentine around my skin—
a whisper of hope in the dusk.
In the garden,
the lunar sky still shines.
Through the nebula’s haze,
a new star is born,
a spark of phosphorus glowing,
guiding a way out of the dirt,
like the spark in my own heart.
Fragments 8
FRAGMENTS 8
Dance the dream dance
In the inner circle of flight
As fancy meets fantasy
In the gyrations of emergent
Visions and curious delights
Where flamboyant laughter spills
As ghostly unseen faces oscillate
Into streams of madness
That recoil in the mystic breeze
Emergent
And yes, she will rise and conquer
She is queen of her own destiny
Her spirit is indomitable
Her eyes aflame with passion
Her warrior heart beats to its own drum
She will not just survive-
(let the world take note)
but thrive
*Dedicated to all warrior princesses, wherever they may be found
The Trepidation Conquest
Society’s lethal expectations stalk private yearns
They creep and stab at me in an eye of lust and vehemence
Emergent and muscular, they attack Akeley and fizz with amusement
Looming in clouds of filthy fever they suffocate.
Omnipotent and all-seeing, these demands haunt every corner of relief
They’re always watching—waiting for my eminent self destruction.
A Lion Chases
Is consciousness emergent,
or de facto zero sum
Is what we know about ourselves,
a walk or more a run
A lion knows to chase a deer,
but not the reason why
The truth inherent in abstraction,
lost upon the fly
As man continues onward,
his psyche then will grow
Until surpassing all he seeks
—and all existence shown
Fibonacci Verses
I
Sigh
Tears cry
Pain stabs my
Heart as hurts hurl high
Only melancholy replies...
I
Look
Find hook
A dry nook
In worn-out old book
Feel so afraid, kind cheer forsook!
I
Mine
My finds
To align
Fragrant peace of mind
Pray for some emergent design....
I
Know
Warm show
In sure flow
To feel words that grow
A Valentine's Day urge that glows!
I May Or May Not Be Opposed - Contest
Listen to poem:
From crashing waves he emerges with the clarity of a wide landscape
The king of darkness
Parades
In full view
His garish, monochrome ego
Emergent for all to despise
Original poem (extract):
"Into the ripples of the horizon's haze
The queen of the daylight
Slinks
Then is gone
Her wispy train of colour
Vanishing"
Ghetto Girl
Get me, from the ghetto, I say.
Here I wish, like in Alice’s day.
Emergent, is my complete plea.
Take me away, please set me free.
Tears have been wiped; so dry.
Only my mind; will not say goodbye.
Growing up here, I must shun.
I have no dreams, left but one.
Reel me into that bubble to float.
Let me share outside, what I tote.
The Survivor
Within is where I swim
though fastened to a rope,
a chord of confidence,
that lets me kick and roll,
express my buoyant self
a tethered astronaut
though every day I’m squeezed
more fit for my transport.
I head the tight canal;
my lungs are braced to breathe;
the string is cut; I wail,
Emergent, aimed to be:
Spared wrongful aspiration
of severed plans for me.
Emergent
In the clear light
Love mellows sight
Here on the verge
Watch love emerge
Faith sculpts fond scope
Watch love spark hope
Purge then sad grief
Make sorrow brief
Let happy style
A lasting smile
Feel how you feel
For love now heals
A simple touch
Can heal so much
Bloom where you room
Watch joy now groom
Embrace each find
With peace of mind
Sounds of Summer
Threshold of reverberation upon the season,
Whistling playfully through prisms,
Moments of rampant waves,
Secure resonance blindly,
Emergent sounds bellow outward,
Within crisp clean atmosphere,
Those that listen know all.
Buzzing, chirps, faraway calls,
All the sounds of summer’s morn,
These and more sell the time of year.
A cherished time, sprinkled in childhood.
Memories of these declare,
Sounds of summer have arrived.
