You So Sweet
So yummy
I could just
eat you up

Not funny
Had enough
Bittersweet

Such dummies
Eat too much
Tastebuds change

Now honey
Wish I had
Ate you up...

A simple girl threw herself at me

The Divinyls - Clerihew - Itty Bitty
The Divinyls didn’t need any help
With their hit song “I Touch Myself”
Now I’ve heard they’ve been given some money
To write a new book, “Orgasms for Dummies”

greed always

trillions of monies

Goodbye
Have you ever seen so much weed
That you held your breathe
Have you ever seen a bro with nothing
Grinding and now he's making money
Partying and getting honeys
But now he's acting funny
Talking to his homies like their dummies
Seems money is the root of your amnesia
Goodbye nigga it was nice to meet ya!...

Scouring
Like a bee,
you wanted to land?
on the snapdragon’s,
curved lip.

Light years away?
a mouth gapes open;
you will not,
walk in.

A wrenching search,
for a home, where
you will not find
the violence.

A wax palace, you
are invited to live in.
The dummies, abound,
without backbones.

A Solar System Watches
I am reading my eyes in a library mirror.
I had perused a yellow book:
‘Astronomy for Dummies'.
There is a question mark behind planet X,
and the sun seems to be returning to cosmic sperm.
Jupiter has shrunk to the size of a copper penny.
Of course it’s hard to judge size in a public library mirror
that needs cleaning....

Premium Member Chin Up
It would be funny,
Instead, it's sad.
We acquire mouths
Like ventriloquists dummies,
Which can be bad.
Age does this to some,
It occurs around the mouth,
Lines appear at the sides of our lips,
And continue going south.
It's amusing and looks rather queer.
Unlike the ventriloquist's dummy
We can say clear
Chin up, have A BOTTLE OF BEER....

Miracles
Many may have forgotten to notice the beauty of
Infinite existences except for, in poetry.
Rewind time and recall the emotions behind words.
An epic event, turned dummies to nerds or
Child at heart, allowed to become a child again,
Lackluster - less, shining from within.
Ever stop and say,'oh what a beautiful sight ',
So many miracles go without light....

There once was a gal who loved Irish green,
from her hair to her toenails it was seen,
but some guys wanted a peek
underneath all that green chic...
so the dummies bought an X-ray machine!

They tried and tried to get the Irish gal
to do what they asked and become their pal,
but she had another way
to keep the X-ray at bay...
she turned red and screamed in their ear canal....

Marxism For Dummies 12
The thorns-in-sides are various
which mar incumbents’ slumber.
Could Belgium bear Lumumba?
Would Britain brook Makarios?

There’s Bolsheviks or Mensheviks,
Parnell or De Valera:
Marat had Robespierre, or
the Romans, Vercingetorix.

There’s Che Guevara, Spartakists,
the Mau Mau, Mata Hari,
the Contras, Carbonari,
Hamas, Harmonious Fists.

The song that stops the show?
“It Ain’t Necessarily So”....

Like Snowflakes
Different people,
Different races.
Different customs,
Different faces.

One world with many,
Many races, one species.
Differences are plenty,
But only seen by dummies.

Differences make us unique,
Yet we are the same.
Each other we critique,
Based on differnces in physique.

Snowflakes are beautiful,
But yet no two are the same.
For our differces we should be greatful,
For hate and racism we should feel shame....

Rain, sleet, snow, sunshine
        Rages, till clock strikes zero
            Suit up, prays for wins

Hard, concrete stares shared
         Bodies flung, abandonment
                    Earth churning movements

Named, trained crash dummies
            Melting heat, grass warrior

WTF!!! Is REGOLOGY????

The religion of the WOKE.

A mindful excavation of the cavernous abyss of addlepated thought.

Perhaps a “REGOLOGY FOR DUMMIES” book is forthcoming

Maybe…”A DOXOLOGY OF REGOLOGY” Hymnal?

Followed by an APOLOGY

For….

Premium Member Dream Series: Light
I dreamed gigantic black oily night crawlers -- three and six feet long -- were squeezing upward through the floorboards of our house.

Last night I dreamed ventriloquist dummies could run for Congress.

I dreamed I sat on the edge of the bed and folded myself like a tesseract.

I dreamed I had dinner with Elijah. It was a blissful dream, even though all we had was dried fish.

I dreamed I was deliriously happy and filled with light. I woke up in the dark....

A “PAPA” coffee cup
Not quite as old as
Those who gave it to me.
An old metal stapler,
Part fastener, part weapon.
27 pencils which
Can never be found when needed.
Notes, scribbled cursive
The hieroglyphics of the elderly.
A seven and one half pound,
Dust covered, Dictionary/Thesaurus
A Poetry for Dummies manual
A collection of “mystery folders”
That I am afraid to open
An heirloom collection
Of paper clips
The scent of bacon
And pancakes….
Gotta go....

Winnies
Life was once flat and ran down
Years trailing the tracks of sundown
I had chummies, not dummies
Struggled like flies, but winnies.
Winnies as winners, not gifted
Winnies as fighters to be lifted.
We were belittled a hundred times
For struggling with a thousand dimes.

We are all winnies... born to be loved, to love and to win!

Premium Member In the Groove
Listen to poem:
Into the groove of unthinking action,
file after file of manikins pack in --
beings above see the circular groove
peopled with puppets, all on the move.
Deeper yet they wear the groove down;
manikins' footfalls forever resound.
Of "outside", they now all think no more,
their eyes forever fixed on the floor.
Mechanical movement is all they can know;
movement defines all the life that they show.
The speeds of the dummies vary a bit
as they wear down the floor of the pit....

Premium Member Jug Handle Turns
If you are on many roads throughout New Jersey, you will see something of a peculiarity. These are things many out-of-state drivers fail to see. If there are any left turns motorists have to make, a jug handle turn to the right they have to take. Some persons behind the wheel still try to make a left turn. These are the dummies most people would like to burn. Accidents and delays are caused by these fools. Have every one of them attend driving schools.
