Premium Member Foils and Perils

Foils and perils
Horrifying and terrible
Well documented after the fact
Misunderstood totally at the time

Fouls and perils
Shoved to the back of your mind
To be brought out and made fun
During family gatherings

Premium Member President Washington's Choppers

'Tis well-documented that George Washington had issues with his choppers.

'Tis also well-known that he was not prone to fabricating whoppers.

So it comes as no surprise and can be truly said of our first President,

That truer words were never spoken thru falser teeth by this honorable gent!

Premium Member Unusual Day

Today is not the usual day
I have no word for it
And indirectly I can't say
Or draw it on a paper sheet
It's like a photograph of you
On Cromer beach somewhere
And I recall the wind that blew
Although I wasn't there
A day without a name, it meant
A documented true
I see a place, where you still stand
And here I am, with you.

Just Passing Through

The cold wind blows,
across silent graves,
the writings tell a story,
of their documented days.
Visitors can read,
their history in time,
some a full life,
while others, little time.
A place of quietness,
a place of peace,
each headstone,
facing East.
Loved ones gone,
from earths judgmental eye,
just passing through,
then we die..

Premium Member Convoluted

My subjective has been documented
by my objective – sort of like, my
thoughts verify my brain, though
no one can see them. I guess, what
I'm trying to say is, Time exists
independent of watches and hourglasses,
I think...well, this is getting far more
convoluted than I had originally thought.
I'm getting nowhere. It would take a
God to explain this.

Baby Boy

Each drop tells a story
Of a struggle in life
The first one absorbed, lost in the whole
The remaining photographed
Documented
Accusations drowning the certainty
That the least deserving endure the greatest
Sorrow
Tearing at the corners of the eyes
That try to look away
The heart wants to find a different truth
Acceptance is victorious
The page is turned

Classical History

Poison was always the silent killer.
Kings and emperors fell prey to it easily.
The favorite poisoner of the Roman Emperor Nero,
this woman ended many lives with her deadly poisons.
FUKIING BIITCH,this woman’s story is a true deadly drama.
Widely considered as one of the earliest documented serial killers,
She was certainly a deadly dame.

Premium Member October 7 was Different

One side calls a militant a terrorist
The other deems him a freedom fighter
Each side sure the other is blacker
Each side confident it is whiter...

But when it comes to mass rapes of Israelis
     to Hamas' fully-documented sexual atrocities
There is one, and only one, surety

The perpetrators and all their enablers
must be eliminated ~ swiftly and completely

Spell Binding Fate

I must confess to watching the history channel religiously
Quite frankly I find it spell binding
It overwhelm's my mind witnessing act's
That become historical documented fact's
And what I am watching is war
Paid for in blood, on the graves of a million tortured soul's
Death's parting gift the gift of sadness untold
Death will never grow old, does not shiver when cold
It just lies in wait under the guise of fate

Premium Member After Action Report

Based on observable
And well-documented evidence,
War is nothing but the deliberate
And systematic erasure of human life,
With the purpose of achieving
Some political goal.
In quantifying the variables
That factor into the equation,
There is not, so much,
A calculus of war,
As there is a basic arithmetic,
And it is computed
With the rubber end of a pencil.
In a war of attrition,
God is on the side
Of the big erasers.

Choices

Choices traverse spaces beyond body and soul to the spirit deep inside man. A new man can dawn within God's image. God makes no mistakes for He rules with both justice and grace. Man can't escape choices. Choices Pray to trust God before your body dies and the spirit returns to face the Almighty, Sovereign Creator God. He maintains an appointment book, clearly documented. Life Fair?

Often life is fare
But the opposite we say and acknowledge
Again and always life plays out
Already fashioned and designed
Saved and documented and filed
Yet each day seems new and fresh
Sometimes we are taken unawares
And then we claim insufficient understanding
We fail and blame life
We succeed we thank our star
When is life fare?
When we get all we desire
Or when others suffer on our behalf
Life is fare when we realise
That up and down make a complete pair
