Far from your embrace
It's just tiredness
Soul in disarray
Look for space
Howling wind,rain lashed porch,
Garden in disarray,a wintry stormy day.
Stay inside, wait for tomorrow

Worrying does not take away
Tomorrow's woes of blue and gray,
It cancels today's joyous way
To let now be in disarray.

Purple wildflowers
in the stained moments of day
Windswept disarray!
Fuchsia passion spreads for miles
Fetching jays and sunshine smiles.
tanka
during the wind storm
Nature grumbles
trimming the trees
disgruntled homeowners
gather in much disarray

The Democrats in disarray
Say Old Joe will go away
And socialism is at stake,
But can Kamala bake the cake
To make the braying donkeys stay?
A menagerie of broken hearts
once carelessly displayed;
like a shooting star to start,
beauty bright that died away -
now tiny shards in disarray.
i opened the door to my stale heart
and much to my dismay
found there was much
room for improvement

and light laps the rocks
drooling on the crack of dawn
food for candy thoughts
quick licks trick the lip
hot, hot, fort, in disarray
oh, pur, pur, again
Saudade, the most personal beast
that life devours...
A gigantic absence of disarray
that settles in life...
A bitterness, virulence
bacteriological nostalgia...l
The chook house was found in disarray;
eggs were broken in a manic affray,
there were playboys galore;
drunk chooks on the floor -
the police are suspecting foul play.
Clouds in disarray
ferns on fire lit by the sun
painting on sky blue.

The economy was roaring
The stock market soaring
His opposition in near-disarray
Then along came a bug
Mister Trump gave but a shrug
~ Only to be swept under history's rug
writing the disarray
of the outside
you feel the silence
of the dawn
across the peaceful blue
from your ink,
writing the disarray
you forget the light
of a faraway autumn
Mood swings can be like night and day
Either happy or a life in total disarray
Hang in there peeps
Good stuff will creep
And once again you'll be flippin' your toupee
Terrorism is in the news every day
Don't let this news allow your mind to decay
Be true to yourself
Like every one else
One per cent cause terror leaving 99% in disarray
She loves to sit by the sea when worry fills her thoughts
when her mind’s in disarray
where she can close her eyes,
and
for a moment,
allow the waves
to wash her worries
and her troubles away.
Change is the essence of life;
Who am I to doubt it?
Who am I,
To look change in the eye and whisper
Of how I wish not to partake in its manners,
An internal fear brought to the surface
By disarray.
Quiet as a mousie studying the route
Praying proper prep is not in vain
The best laid plans of marathoners
Might lead to disarray
Race day ending in grief and pain
At the expense of joy!
Election day will be here soon, ready for insanity?
Who will be the next President of the USA this year?
All candidates are tough, do you like Romney?
Will Obama win, or leave office in disarray and fear?
Disarray of clanging bells
Ring loud like under a spell
Beneath can be mighty hell
Clanging of the bells

Entrant into Brian Strand's "ONE FROM YOUR LAST FIFTY POSTED ON PS" contest
I've been yearning
to know the winds routine
I've learnt your skyward motion
put away your chemise
unburden your soul
soon you will be sailing
running aground
is there disarray
to cut away this old boulder ?
Nights unveil the darkness
Of dreary, dismal days
Thoughts plummet deeply
And diverge in disarray
Anxieties surmount
Ability to cope is seized
Sad face, a pseudo-smile
Hope barely within reach

this place no longer explodes
in the usual disarray
of being new,
and I've lost the acute freshness,
the crystal vitality
of strangers' eyes;
now tentative, indefinite
the past has slowly become,
surely, it seems.
Knowing that somehow, I had to break away this day...
Melting wax figures and faces, which no one could place
Having lost my faith in they as most everything they'd say
Unable to grasp anything concrete thus bound amid disarray.
