Lead me not into temptation
Well, at least not on weekdays
Deliver me from evil
For those temptations on weekends
use a tuning fork
when facing a dilemma
for the two prong shape
provides two preset options
for keeping progress in tune
My teenage daughter
Should be shorter,
If water makes you shrink,
So many hours
Taking showers,
She's clearly turning pink.

Okapi thought he was a horse
Attempted to blend in, of course
Zebras kicked him out
Horses ran about
But okapi had no remorse
attached to transience
shifting tides determine mood ~
piquant dilemma
let’s get to the source, hermit
reclaiming light eternal
Styrofoam, mans’ cool invention
Nature’s dilemma to negate
Toilet seat up?
If yes, stress
Big mess.
If no, oh
So less stress
So less mess
Less mess for Jess.
Rhyming aside, I hope it’s down.
Allure mountains rain down on valleys weep
Dismal dismiss the challenges you keep

GOING TO DEFEAT THE DILEMMA
heaving sighs I grip my walker tighter facing the tightrope ahead

More than offered
Too long pondered
Sitting smiling
Happy yet somber
Risky relations
Offered not taken
Unconscious unbroken
Maybe mistaken
A man
with excess of money
IS not exactly lucky...
But a wretch of fortune !
Or hazard...
with enormous aplomb
to agony and unhappiness...!
Need to spread out
is stronger than
Desire to get along

Besoin de s'étendre
est plus fort que
Désir de s'entendre

crabby crackpot craved credibility
draconian dilemma decreed deliberately
encouraging enthusiasm eventuality
feeling feckless and ferocious, frivolously
space flickers
light soft white
shimmering
what we see
others don’t
what to do
let’s bury
such secrets
in our heart

When you do have a difficult dilemma,
Will you need to have a naughty enema,
Or after day became old and was done,
Went out and had whole hell of a lot of fun.
When a wood duck’s,
cluck is stuck,
how much cluck,
would a wood duck cluck,
if a wood duck,
could cluck,
as a wood duck,
with a stuck,
wood duck’s cluck?
Oh dilemma oh dilemma
One night I dreamt, thy were so away from me
but very happy to be seemed and saying to me oh dilemma oh dilemma
For complete poem follow me
I stand near and peer over
The face of the chasm of darkness
Deep inside I know two options:
Tell her how I feel and jump-
Sit, wallow wet in tears, and never know.
Time is on my side says Mick Jagger
Yes it is and thus he can swagger
But here with disgust
We must clocks adjust
And in morning out of bed stagger
in dilemma we live here
in pains my age-mates
dig the earth each year
we try to wipe the sweat
and bride the adversary
with our plastic smiles
in vain our efforts are
When I think of traveling backwards in time
With all of life’s processes run in reverse,
The thought of unaging seems wondrously fine,
But of undigesting, decidedly worse.
